How to knead the dough correctly?

In order for all products to mix well and form a homogeneous, smooth dough, they must be at the same (room) temperature. Too cold butter simply will not whip, and too warm butter will melt and lose its structure. Take the butter and eggs out of the refrigerator an hour or two before cooking.

To prepare the cupcake dough, first beat the butter with sugar until it becomes noticeably lighter (the sugar will not dissolve!), And then add the eggs one at a time, beating the mixture thoroughly each time.
