Cooking method:
1. Potatoes need to be peeled, cut into cubes and boiled until soft. Pour 200 ml of potato broth and drain the rest. Then you need to put butter in the potatoes and mash them into a puree with a masher. Leave to cool.
2. Pour flour, yeast, sugar, salt and rosemary into a large bowl (it should be very finely chopped) and mix with a broom until smooth.
3. Place in flour mixture mashed potatoes And potato broth(it should be barely warm), knead soft dough(you will need to work with your hands for 10-15 minutes, or use a mixer). If it sticks to your hands, add another tablespoon of flour. Then place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a lid and leave to rise in a warm place for about an hour. The dough should double in size.
4. When the dough has risen, take four small containers, pour regular sesame seeds into one, black sesame seeds or poppy seeds into another, finely chopped green onions into the third, and pour two or three tablespoons of oil into the fourth.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g leek;
  • 10 fresh champignons;

  • 2 bell peppers;
  • 10 cherry tomatoes;
  • a few cloves of garlic;
  • butter and vegetable oil;
  • salt and spices for chicken;
  • mayonnaise.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the chicken, rub the top and inside with chicken spices.

Ingredients:

  • 600 g of any white fish (hake, cod, halibut);
  • 200 ml heavy cream;

Cooking method:

Shrimp salad in orange cups

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 large oranges;
  • 300 g boiled shrimp;
  • 3 tbsp. canned corn;
  • 2 boiled eggs;
  • 0.5 cups cooked rice;
  • mayonnaise;

Cooking method:

  • beef tongue;
  • 100 ml meat broth;
  • 100 ml dry white wine;
  • half an orange;
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes;

  • 1 tbsp. mustard;
  • 3 tsp gelatin;
  • parsley and basil;
  • salt and ground pepper.

Cooking method:

  1. Place the tongue in the pan and wait until it boils. Remove the limescale and place half an orange in the pan. Cook the tongue for 2.5-3 hours over low heat. An hour after the start of cooking, the water should be slightly salted. Required quantity add salt 30 minutes before the end of cooking. Leave the finished tongue for about 10 minutes. cold water, then peel and cut into medium-sized cubes. Mix the tongue with olives, herbs and tomatoes, cut as desired, and table mustard.
  2. Mix half a glass of broth and dry wine with pre-soaked gelatin. Gently heat the mixture until the latter dissolves. It is best to do this in a water bath. Cool the mixture a little, pour it onto the tongue with vegetables, stir.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg of large champignons;
  • 5 chicken eggs;
  • 100 g feta cheese;
  • ½ red or yellow bell pepper;

Cooking method:
