2. “Fur coat in the Far East”

Ingredients:

  • Red fish fillet (lightly smoked, take a whole piece, not chopped) – 250 gr.
  • Crabs ( crab sticks) - 250 g.
  • Boiled-frozen shrimp – 250 gr.
  • Medium potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Leek – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream - 100 g.
  • Mayonnaise – 150 gr.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp.

Preparation:

1. The first thing we need to do is prepare the ingredients: Boil eggs, potatoes, carrots.

2. Peel the eggs, cut into small cubes

3. Also cut the potatoes into cubes

4. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater

5. Onion - cut into rings

6. Separate the crabs into fibers. If you have crab sticks, try to buy “snow crab”, these sticks can also be disassembled into fibers, if others, cut them.

7. Cut the red fish fillet into small pieces.

8. Peel the garlic and crush it with a knife. Pour oil into a frying pan, heat it, add garlic, fry it until golden brown, remove from the frying pan.

9. Thaw the shrimp, peel and place in hot oil. Fry on high fire 2-3 minutes, stirring. Remove from the pan and let cool.

10. Place sour cream in mayonnaise and mix well.

11. Now let's start assembling the salad. The first layer will be potatoes. It must be salted and coated with sour cream mixture.

1. Pollock stuffed with potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Pollock - 2 medium fish
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Potatoes - 1 pc.
  • Cheese - 100 g.
  • Salt, spices, herbs

Preparation:

1. Rinse the fish, if necessary, clean and rinse again (of course, it is not necessary to take pollock. We took it as the simplest and most common fish.)

2. Grate the potatoes and pour them over immediately cold water so as not to turn black. We change the water several times until it becomes clear.

3. Rub the fish with salt and seasonings. Now there is a wide variety of fish seasonings in the store, choose what you like. Take the spices you like too.

4. Cut the onion into rings, chop the herbs, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

5. Drain the water, add the egg to the potatoes, stir, salt and pepper to taste.

6. Cover a baking sheet with foil and place the fish on it. Stuff the fish with the resulting potato mixture, pour lemon juice, squeezing it straight out of the lemon.

7. Place onion half rings on top.

8. Drizzle with vegetable oil (olive is good) so that the cheese sticks and for better baking.

9. Sprinkle with cheese.

Cover the fish with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180° for 25-30 minutes. Look at your oven.

Ingredients:

  • A piece of salmon - 300-400 g.
  • Frozen butter
  • Black pepper or a mixture of 5 peppers
  • Lemon
  • Italian herbs
  • Foil

Preparation:

Preparation:

  1. mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, red pepper and season with salt and pepper;

  3. In a shallow bowl, stir together bacon, onion and nuts;
