Great option for a banquet - a salad of red fish (preferably salmon) and crab sticks, very tender, with sour cream dressing and curd cheese, which will become the king of the table. So, cook hard-boiled eggs and rice in advance so that they have time to cool. We take a large dish, the bottom of which we cover with cling film. Place neatly chopped pieces of fish on it. Place tightly so that there are no gaps. Next come the yolks, previously crushed using coarse grater. Grease a layer of yolks with sauce. How to cook it? Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and cottage cheese in equal proportions. Add a little dissolved gelatin so that the sauce holds its shape when it hardens.

The next layer is crab sticks or crab meat and again the sauce. They are followed by a layer of grated proteins, sauce and finally rice. Spread the remaining sauce over the surface of the rice.   • two chicken breasts;
  • two hundred grams of fresh strawberries;
  • fresh salad;
  • one avocado;
  • one small red onion;
  • red and green chili peppers;
  • garlic;
  • lemon;
  • almonds about one hundred grams;
  • mayonnaise;
  • two tablespoons of honey;
  • chicken seasoning;
  • greenery;
  • two celeries.

First you need to cook the chicken. We take two breasts, sprinkle with salt and spices to taste. You can add chili for added spice. Cut the pepper and remove the seeds, chop finely. Place the breasts in a mold, sprinkle with chili, add a little oil and leave to marinate. For now, let's prepare the avocado. Avocado slices should not be very small. Grill the marinated chicken for about eight minutes on each side. We don’t cut the strawberries finely, just halve them if they’re not very large.

While the chicken is frying, cut the onion into very thin half rings. Ready chicken let cool. Lightly toast or dry the nuts. In the meantime, let's get to the garlic. We cut it finely. It is better not to use a crusher, as the garlic will oxidize and the taste will be too rich. Now add celery and herbs. Basil and green onions finely chop and add to salad. During this time, the chicken has cooled down and you can cut it.

Sauce: mix mayonnaise with poppy seeds, add one and a half tablespoons of honey, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Mix carefully.
