Cut the leaves lengthwise into 1cm strips and keep the stems separate from the leaves.
Mix soy sauce, salt, sugar and black vinegar together and set aside for now.
Heat the oil well in the wok. Fry the Spanish pepper and ginger for 15 seconds.
Add paprika and fry for 30 seconds. Pour rice vinegar and fry for another 30 seconds.
Add the stems and fry for 1 minute. Add cabbage leaves and stir gently. Pour in the soy-vinegar mixture and mix well. Let everything simmer for 30 seconds. Sprinkle sesame oil. Serve hot room temperature or cold.

Green beans under marinade
you will need:
-green green beans(500g)
-1/4 cup vegetable oil
-2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
-5-6 cloves of garlic
-a bunch of dill
-salt
cooking method:
-boil the green bean pods in salted water and drain in a colander. Let cool.
-In a separate bowl, prepare the marinade: mix vegetable oil, vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon juice, squeeze the garlic and add finely chopped dill. Attention: the more garlic and dill we take, the tastier this salad is! Also add salt to the marinade to taste.
-Now pour the marinade onto the beans, shake well so that all the beans are covered with the marinade, and place in a salad bowl.

  • four cucumbers and four tomatoes;
  • two pita breads;
  • eight olives;
  • feta, olive oil, garlic, lettuce, pepper, salt - to taste.

If you plan to prepare lavash yourself, then you need to take 350 wheat flour, half a glass of water and a pinch of salt. First, knead the dough, let it rest and roll it into thin layers. They are fried in a dry frying pan on both sides over low heat. Then put it on a damp cloth and cool. To simplify the cooking process, you can use a purchased product.

Cucumbers and tomatoes are washed, cut into cubes, and feta cheese into squares. Pour a little olive oil into a bowl, add pepper and salt, add chopped garlic and stir. Lettuce leaves are cut quite large or simply torn by hand and also placed in a container with the rest of the salad ingredients.

A hearty salad option that’s hard to resist. Its aroma alone will gather household members around the same table. Unlike salads made from vegetables and fruits, it is particularly filling. To prepare you will need:

  • a piece of lean bacon;
  • three eggs;
  • lettuce, olive oil, parsley, green onions, pepper, salt.

Worcestershire sauce:

  • bulb;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • one anchovy;
  • tamarind - about 30 g;
  • acetic acid - 50 ml;
  • a pinch of cinnamon, ginger, mustard seeds, cardamom, sugar, hot pepper.

First they cook Worcestershire sauce. To do this, peel the onion, put it in acetic acid, then cut into small pieces. The garlic is crushed through a garlic press and sprinkled with vinegar. Place prepared onions and garlic on a piece of gauze, sprinkle with cinnamon, ginger, cloves, mustard, and cardamom on top. Pepper and salt to taste. The edges of the gauze are tied tightly and the juice is squeezed out.

Soy sauce with vinegar, tamarind, sugar and spicy juice, pour in half a glass of water and bring to a boil, then cook for half an hour. Separately crushed anchovy is mixed with salt and water, this mixture is poured into the main sauce and cooked for another four minutes.

Bacon is fried in a frying pan olive oil so that he is covered golden crust, spread on a plate, and in its place eggs are broken, salted and fried. Add chopped green onions, shake lightly and cook over low heat.

  • chicken breast;
  • half a head of Chinese cabbage;
  • two bell peppers;
  • two onions;
  • green onions.

Refueling:

  • 30 ml low-fat sour cream;
  • 30 ml mustard;
  • several cloves of garlic;
  • 15 g each of pepper and salt.
