Cooking method:

6. From the greens, I chose dill, finely chopped it and added it to the general mass.

  • walnut – 50 gr
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

Boil mushrooms in salted water for 15 minutes. Dry and then finely chop along with onions and lightly fry in oil in a frying pan until soft.


Boil the fillet for 20 minutes, then cool and chop.


Boil the eggs hard and grate them on a coarse grater.


Grate the cheese into a bowl, squeeze the garlic into it, add mayonnaise and mix well.


Now combine all the prepared ingredients in a deep bowl, add the mayonnaise mixture, mix everything well enough. Transfer the salad to a plate and sprinkle finely chopped walnut crumbs on top.


Also, for decoration, put a sprig of greenery on top and put the finished dish in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
