Recipe for an amazing basics in a slow cooker. For this dish you will need pickled or pickled cucumbers. The more vigorous and sour they are, the tastier it will be. Salted tomatoes are also used.

Ingredients

500 g meat;

2 cucumbers;

4 tomatoes;

2 onions;

1 carrot;

5 potatoes;

1 tsp. khmeli-suneli;

700 ml water;

A little fat or oil.

Preparation

2 cloves of garlic;

400 ml water;

Oil and spices;

Bulgarian pepper.

Preparation

1. Wash the meat, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with various spices, mix and set aside.

2. Cut the eggplants into cubes and add salt. Leave for a while to remove the bitterness.

3. Cut the onions into large strips, place them in a slow cooker, add a couple of tablespoons of fat, and start frying on one of the appropriate modes.

4. Once the onions become translucent, it’s time to add the meat. Bring it to half-ready.

5. While the meat is fried, grate the tomatoes and discard the peels. Rinse the eggplants and squeeze out excess water.

6. Add tomatoes to the meat, evaporate some of the moisture and add the eggplants.

7. Now is the time to add different spices to the basics; you can take ready-made mixtures for oriental dishes.

8. Pour water, add chopped bell pepper.

9. Simmer for 35-40 minutes, setting the appropriate program. After half an hour, it is advisable to taste it, add salt, and add hot pepper.

Azu in a multicooker in Tatar style with tomato juice

For this option, the basics in a multicooker in Tatar style will require natural tomato juice. It is advisable not to use a packaged product. You can simply chop the tomatoes with pulp in a blender.

Ingredients

500 g veal;

400 ml tomato juice;

2 cucumbers;

2 onions;

1 carrot;

2 bell peppers;

8. All that remains is to add various spices, salt, pepper and pour it all with tomato juice.

9. Close the slow cooker and simmer the veal for an hour.

10. At the end, season the Tatar azu with herbs and laurel. Serve with side dishes or on its own.

To prepare beef basics in a slow cooker according to this recipe, you need salted mushrooms. Together with cucumbers they will give the dish an extraordinary taste. Another recipe without potatoes.

600 g beef;

200 g of salted mushrooms;

200 g onion;

150 g pickled cucumbers;

1 tsp. khmeli-suneli;

30 ml oil;

50 g tomato paste;

400 ml broth;

Bay, pepper, garlic.

Preparation

1. Cut the onion into large half rings. Place in a multicooker saucepan. Turn on the appliance itself to the baking program, fill in the oil

2. Fry the onion pieces until transparent.

3. Add beef, cut into strips. Cook covered for a quarter of an hour.

4. During this time, cucumbers and mushrooms need to be cut. Transfer to meat, evaporate water.

5. Add tomato paste, fry for a few more minutes.

7. Add broth. The quantities indicated are approximate, see the thickness you need.

8. Simmer for an hour, add salt at the end if necessary. Season with laurel and sprinkle with fresh herbs when serving.

Azu in a slow cooker with pickles and chicken

A dietary version of the Tatar dish. It uses fillet. But you can also take other parts of the bird carcass along with the bones.

Ingredients

500 g chicken fillet;

4 spoons of pasta;

200 g cucumbers;

150 g onion;

100 g carrots;

50 ml oil;

2 cloves of garlic;

Spices, herbs.

Preparation

1. Chop the onion and cut the carrots.

2. Heat the oil in a baking pan, add the vegetables, and fry until half cooked.

3. Add fillet cut into pieces. Stir.

4. Once all the pieces of chicken have a white coating on them, add the grated cucumbers.

5. You can add pasta next. Stir. Warm up for a couple of minutes.

6. Add spices and chopped garlic to the base.

7. Add enough water so that the liquid almost covers the chicken.

8. Close, set to simmer, cook for 30 minutes. If you use other pieces from the carcass rather than fillet, you can increase the time.

To make the basics cook faster, pickles and tomato products should be added after the meat is almost ready. Otherwise, the acid will prevent the fibers of the main product from softening quickly.

You can add any spices to the basics. In addition to Suneli hops, you can use other oriental mixtures. Seasonings for Korean salads are good.

If azu is being prepared for any side dish, then it is better to prepare a thick gravy. To do this, add a small amount of flour. To prevent it from seizing in lumps, dilute it separately and strain.
