Place all ingredients in a small bowl and stir. Let it brew for room temperature about 30 minutes.

Sweet and sour ginger sauce
1.5 cups meat broth, 1-2 cloves of garlic,
3 tbsp. spoons of wine or apple cider vinegar,
0.5 tsp grated ginger,
3-4 tbsp. spoons of brown sugar, 2-3 tbsp. spoons of raisins.
Heat the meat broth (you can make it from bouillon cubes).
Add finely grated garlic, vinegar, ginger, sugar, scalded raisins, stir and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes (the sauce should not boil too much).
