  • Garlic - 3-5 cloves
  • Bulgarian sweet pepper - 2-3 pcs.

  • Sugar - 5 tbsp
  • Salt - 2 tbsp
  • Acetic acid (70%) - 1.5 tbsp

Cut the cucumbers and carrots into cubes, add the corn. When the whites are well colored, combine the prepared mixture with cabbage. Mix well, place in a salad bowl and season with mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon sugar,
3 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil,
½ teaspoon prepared mustard,
½ teaspoon lemon juice,

Peel the onion, wash it, and then chop it into strips. Also wash the apples, peel them, then grate them on a fairly coarse grater and sprinkle lemon juice. Ingredients:
4-5 onions,
2-3 eggs,
1 cucumber
500 ml water,
15 g lettuce leaves,
parsley to taste,
vinegar 3% to taste,
200 g mayonnaise,
salt to taste.

Preparation:
Peel the onion, then cut into thin rings. Bring water to a boil and add vinegar to it. Pour this marinade over the onions. Cool the mixture and drain the water. Boil the eggs hard and chop coarsely, and then mix them with pickled onions. Chop the cucumbers into slices, add salt and place on a plate. Place onion and eggs on each cucumber slice.
