  2. We cut the potatoes into thin and even plates-mugs, you can also chop them on a special grater, the main thing is that the potatoes should not be thick (as shown in the photo), and should not look like a blank for chips.
  3. Finely chop the onion.
  4. Turn on the stove to medium heat, pour the olive oil into the pan and let it warm up a little. We spread the chopped potatoes and fry until half cooked, it should become a little soft, but not falling apart.
  5. We combine the duo of potatoes and onions together and fry a little more until the onion becomes transparent and the kitchen is filled with “delicious” aromas. The process will take no more than two minutes, so do not leave the stove for a long time.
  6. At this time we are preparing the eggs. To do this, you just need to beat them in a deep bowl along with salt and your favorite spices (photo below).
