    The principle of cooking is the same as in the previous recipes. The only difference is that you need to prepare the meat for the filling - boil or fry.

    It can be done different ways. For example, boil the meat first, and then pass it through a meat grinder along with the legs and other ingredients (onion, garlic).

    In another version, finely chopped meat (or passed raw through a meat grinder) is fried with other ingredients in a small amount of oil until tender.
