- olive oil – 60-80 ml,
- chicken eggs– 2 pcs.,
- lemon juice – 1-2 tbsp. false.,

- mustard – 2 teaspoons,
- spices - to taste.

Recipe with photos step by step:




1. Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the garlic and “fry” it for 1-2 minutes so that the oil “absorbs” the garlic aroma. Remove garlic from pan.




2. Slices white loaf cut into cubes and place in a frying pan, salt and pepper to taste. Dry in garlic butter until golden brown.




3. Prepare salad dressing. To do this, you need to first boil the eggs hard. Cool them, peel and remove the yolk. It is the yolk that will be used for the sauce. Mash it with a fork.




4. Add mustard, salt and black pepper to the yolks, as well as lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.






5. Pour in olive oil in small portions, rubbing the mass well.




6. To make the Caesar salad sauce smooth, puree it with a blender.




7. The ingredients are ready, so you can start assembling the salad. Rinse lettuce leaves with cold water and dry with paper towels. Cut into large pieces(you can randomly tear with your hands). Place in an even layer on a plate. Tip: You can use lettuce leaves instead. Chinese cabbage– the taste will not be affected. To keep lettuce leaves crispy longer, you can pre-soak them in cold water for 20-30 minutes.




8. Brush with a little sauce.






9. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices. Place on top, spreading over the entire surface. Tip: When using cherry tomatoes, cut them in half or leave them whole.




10. Lightly salted salmon cut into pieces: cubes, strips or slices. Spread the tomato on top. You can grease this layer with mayonnaise (spread with a teaspoon).




11. Sprinkle on salad fragrant croutons. Their number depends on your preferences.




12. Place mayonnaise on top.




13. Sprinkle the Caesar salad with salmon at home generously with grated Parmesan cheese. Everything is ready. You can serve it and mix all the ingredients together at the table.
