Wash the fruits and pour boiling water over them, then cut off the zest and place everything in a saucepan, squeeze the fruit juice into it, then add hot water(bring it to a boil in advance) and sugar as desired. Let the drink cool until room temperature, and then place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Bread kvass with mint


From time immemorial, Belarusians have quenched their thirst with kvass. Many recipes have come down to us, but today we will reveal only one - bread kvass with mint. Ingredients: 3 liters of water, 1 piece of Borodino bread, 10 g of yeast, 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar, 2 tbsp. tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint.

Break the bread into pieces and pour boiling water over it. Leave for 3-4 hours, then strain and add yeast, mint and sugar. Leave to ferment for 1-2 days.

Mint drink

Simple recipes will be no less refreshing and tasty. Mint tea. In fact, mint is an excellent thirst quencher, so its leaves can be added to juices, lemonades, and teas.

Prepare the easiest one mint drink won't be difficult. You will need: 1 liter of water, a bunch of mint, 2 lemons and sugar. Squeeze out the lemon juice and combine it with warm water and add sugar. Grind the mint in a blender and add to the drink. Let everything sit for 30-40 minutes. In principle, the drink is ready to drink, but you can additionally strain it and add fresh mint leaves.

Apple drink

"Russian apple water for children" - that's what it was called in one old French book this recipe. It’s unclear why, but the drink is definitely suitable for both children and adults.

To prepare we need: 1 kg of apples, 2 lemons, 1 liter of water and a little sugar. Cut the apples into thin strips and remove the seeds. Add apples, juice and zest of lemons, a little sugar to the saucepan and pour a liter of boiling water over everything. Stir a couple of times and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Then everything must be filtered through a sieve. Now the drink is ready. It can be served cold or at room temperature.

Summer tea with ginger


On a hot summer day, ginger tea can be a real salvation. In addition, ginger is very useful - it has tonic properties that help you survive the heat.

We will need: a pinch of tea, 1 slice of ginger, 1-2 lemons, a cinnamon stick, a sprig of mint, berries to taste. Pour hot but not boiling water over all ingredients. Let stand for a few minutes. Serve warm or chilled.

Milkshake with syrup

What a summer without milkshake?! But store-bought drinks there is no trust, which means it’s time to take matters into your own hands. So, one of the most simple recipes milkshake.

We will need: 100 grams of ice cream, 50 ml of syrup. Beat all this thoroughly with a mixer and the cocktail is ready. You will never get tired of such a drink if you serve it not with simple syrup, but beat the ice cream with orange, pear or apple juice. You can experiment with juices as much as you like, because in the summer it’s great amount berries, fruits and vegetables.

Russian fruit drink

Ideally, traditional fruit drinks are made from lingonberries or cranberries, but now you can often find fruit drinks made from other berries: gooseberries, red and black currants, raspberries. We suggest starting with the basics - cranberry juice, the rest are prepared by analogy.

We will need: 2 liters of water, a glass of cranberries, sugar. We crush the cranberries with a potato masher and strain the juice. Pour the juice into 2 liters of water and cook for 10 minutes, gradually adding sugar to taste. Then strain the resulting mixture again. Let the broth sit and cool, then mix everything with the pre-prepared juice. In this order you will save everything beneficial features berries

Strawberry lemonade

1.5 years

  • Medium-sized lemon - 1 pc.;
  • Fresh strawberries- 300 g;
  • Honey - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • Water - 1 l;
  • A couple of frozen strawberries (to cool the drink).

Wash the lemon well and cut into small pieces (no need to remove the zest). Place chopped lemon, strawberries, honey in a blender and add water. They crushed everything within a minute. Strain the resulting mixture using a strainer. Pour the drink into glasses and add frozen strawberries to cool. When giving strawberry lemonade to your baby, be careful not to eat frozen strawberries.

Ice tea with lemon

1 year

  • Water - 3 l;
  • Black tea - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Lemon - 1 pc.
  • Sugar or honey to taste

Brew tea in a teapot. Squeeze the lemon juice and add the lemon squeeze to the brew. Strain, dilute with water until the required proportion, add lemon juice, honey, cool. Serve tea with lemon wedges and mint sprigs.

Rhubarb compote

10 months

  • Water - 3 l;
  • Rhubarb 10 rhubarb petioles;
  • Sugar or honey.

Remove skins and leaves from rhubarb stems. Cut 'em up small pieces. Place them in water and let the compote boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add sugar or honey to the rhubarb compote and let it brew for 1-2 hours.

Cherry jelly

10 months

  • Pitted cherries - 400 g;
  • Sugar - to taste;
  • Water - 3 l;
  • Corn starch- 2-3 tbsp. l.

Cover the cherries with sugar and leave for 1 hour until they release juice. Pour water over them and put on the fire until they boil. Dilute the starch with water in a separate mug. Pour in cherry compote, stirring constantly, dilute the diluted starch in a thin stream. Turn off the jelly. Serve it chilled. The more starch, the thicker the jelly will be.

Raspberry yogurt drink

1 year

  • Raspberries - 200 g (can be frozen);
  • Yogurt - 200 g;
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons.

Wash the raspberries, add sugar and put on fire until boiling. Strain the raspberries through a sieve, removing the seeds. Cool it down. Place yogurt in a blender raspberry syrup and beat for 2-3 minutes.
