  7. The mixture is transferred to cups, cleaned in the freezer. After 2 hours, take out, mix and re-freeze for 3 hours.

To make the most delicious ice cream at home from cream, you only need 3 ingredients.

Required products:

  • 500 ml of fat cream;
  • 800 g raspberries;
  • 70 g of powdered sugar.

Cooking steps.

  1. The washed berries are laid out in a sieve so that all the liquid is glassed from them, and then they are ground. Use only the resulting juice (about 400 ml).

Ice cream from a minimum set of products is in no way inferior to the classic ice cream in taste and texture.

Required Components:

  • 300 ml of milk with a fat content of 3.2%;
  • 30 g powdered milk powder;
  • 100 ml 35% cream;
  • 60 g sugar;
  • 10 g cornstarch.
