You will also need to use the following ingredients: 2 medium zucchini, small onion, 80 g. thick sour cream, 130 g of any hard cheese, 2 eggs, a couple of cloves of garlic, salt, spices, butter, herbs to taste.

  • fresh herbs and salt, spices to your taste.

Cut the zucchini into half rings, each slice 3-5 mm thick. If the zucchini is large, you can cut it into quarters.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Take a frying pan, preferably one with high sides, and fry the onion and garlic with a little oil for 1-2 minutes. Add chopped zucchini here. You need to simmer them over medium heat for 6-7 minutes. Don't forget to stir periodically.

Prepare the egg mixture. To do this, take a large container, beat in the eggs, add salt/salt to taste. At this stage, add finely grated cheese and fresh chopped herbs (basil works well). Mix everything well.

1. Before you start preparing the dish, you need to set the oven to preheat - 190 degrees.

2. First, mix grated cheese, basil and oregano, squeeze or finely chop the garlic. Season everything with salt and pepper, stir and set aside for now.

3. Zucchini needs to be peeled; if they are young, then you don’t have to remove the skin from them. Cut them into rings. Take a pan or baking dish with high edges and grease the bottom with oil. We put half of the resulting mass of zucchini on the bottom, sprinkle 1/4 of the mixture of cheese and herbs on top, put half of the tomato mass on top of the cheese, then again lay out a layer of 1/4 of the cheese. Ingredients:

  • 2 medium sized zucchini
  • minced beef or chicken - 0.5 kg
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr. hard cheese
  • 1 large onion
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • salt, pepper and spices to taste

Preparation: Zucchini needs to be washed and grated, since zucchini is a “juicy” product, it gives a lot of juice, it needs to be drained. Beat the eggs into the zucchini, grate the cheese and add 3/4 of the cheese to the zucchini. Mix.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Take a baking dish with high edges and grease it with oil. Spread the zucchini mixture on the bottom.

Now let's start preparing the minced meat. Heat a frying pan, add oil and fry the onion for just a couple of minutes. Place the minced meat on it and fry until the meat loses pink color. Drain all the fat from the minced meat. Add to minced meat tomato paste, salt, spices and mix. Place the minced meat in a baking dish on top of the zucchini.

Peel and cut the zucchini into cubes, peel and finely chop the onion, add it to the zucchini. Add bread cubes, salt, pepper, spices to the resulting mass, squeeze out the garlic and beat 1 egg into the mass, mix everything well.
