  • Canned beans (preferably red) – 1 can.
  • Cooked smoked sausage – 150 gr.
  • Tomatoes – from 2 to 4 pcs.
  • Boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Salt.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Lemon – for juice.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. The only preparatory steps are boiling the eggs in boiling water.
  2. After 10 minutes of cooking, drain the water and cool the eggs. Next, peel them and cut them in your favorite way.
  3. Drain the marinade from the beans, reserving a couple of spoons.
  4. Add juice from one lemon and a little hot pepper.
  5. Soak the beans in this marinade for a quarter of an hour.
  6. Cut the sausage and tomatoes into strips.
  7. Place in a salad bowl and season.

Sprigs of herbs or parsley will turn the salad into a beautiful fireworks of colors and flavors.

Salad recipe with beans, sausage and cucumbers

If tomatoes cannot be consumed for some reason, you can replace them fresh cucumbers. These vegetables look good next to boiled sausage and beans, making the salad even lighter and less caloric.

Ingredients:

  • Sausage – 200 gr.
  • Canned beans – ½ can.
  • Fresh sour cream – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Fresh cucumbers – 1-2 pcs. (depending on size).
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Chicken eggs – 2-3 pcs.
  • Salt.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. The preparatory stage is boiling and cooling the eggs. Now you can proceed directly to preparing the salad.
  2. Place beans without marinade in a salad bowl.
  3. Add diced eggs.
  4. Add sausage, chopped in the same way.
  5. Add cucumbers, cut into the same cubes.
  6. Onion - into half rings, then cut again.
  7. Mix in a deep bowl with sour cream and salt.
  8. Carefully transfer to a salad bowl.

You can decorate the salad with figures of eggs, cucumber or regular fresh parsley.

How to make a salad with canned beans, sausage and cheese

Sometimes you want to add not only vegetables, but also cheese to beans and smoked sausage. Well, many recipes allow this; chefs advise choosing for such salads durum varieties cheese. In this case, part of the cheese should be added to the main ingredients, and part should be left to decorate the finished salad.

Ingredients:

  • Smoked sausage – 200 gr.

  2. Now it's time to prepare the salad itself. Cut the eggs in any usual way, for example, into strips.
  3. Use the same method to cut tomatoes and sausage.
  4. Place eggs, vegetables and sausage in a bowl. Send the beans there too, but first drain the marinade from them.
  5. Add half grated cheese. Crush the garlic. Mix the ingredients.
  6. Add mayonnaise.
  7. Place in a beautiful salad bowl.
  8. Make a beautiful cheese “hat” on top and decorate it with herbs.

Cheese will make the salad more delicate in taste, and garlic will give ready-made dish pleasant aroma and a little spicy.
