  2. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, bake the pumpkin for 40 minutes until the flesh becomes tender. Cool the pumpkin.

  2. Add tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper and chicken breasts.
  3. Pour in the broth and stir well.
  4. Cook the soup over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring.

INOne serving of soup contains 270 calories, 32 g carbohydrates, 15 g protein, 8 g fiber, 9 g fat.

Japanese diet soup

Ingredients:

  • water - 1.5 l.
  • any low-fat sea fish (pollock is suitable) - 1 pc.
  • rice - 1/3 tbsp.
  • seaweed - about 150 gr. fresh or 1 can canned;
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • Japanese Toko soy sauce - 2-3 tablespoons; (or any of your favorite sauce)
  • spices.

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the onion and marinate in soy sauce (preferably Japanese Toko) with spices.
  2. Boil the rice until half cooked, add fish fillet, cook until the rice and fish are ready.
  3. Add chopped seaweed (you can use “Seaweed Salad”, but be sure to drain the liquid and squeeze it out) and then pickled onions (do not add the marinade itself).
  4. Whisk the egg and pour into the soup in a thin stream.

  • 250 g marinated champignons
  • 100 g pickled cucumbers
  • 1 large onion

Preparation:

  3. Place them on top of the onion and cover the pan with a lid.
