That is, if we have 200 g of rice, then the amount of vinegar will be about 35 g. The amount of sugar is 2/3 of the amount of vinegar, the amount of salt is 1/4 of the amount of sugar.

Mix rice vinegar, sugar and salt and put the dressing on medium heat. Stirring constantly, heat the dressing until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved (3-5 minutes). At the same time, under no circumstances let the rice dressing boil!

7. Now remove the rice from the pan. We do this carefully so as not to damage the grains. Use a wooden spatula to separate the rice from the sides of the pan, pour the rice onto a wide plate and carefully distribute it in an even layer. There is no need to scrape burnt rice from the bottom of the pan: dried grains will only spoil our dish.
