Recipe for New Year's Appetizer

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 herring fillet
  • carrots in Korean
  • 2 eggs
  • 3-4 olives

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the eggs, peel and grate.
  2. Pass herring fillets through a meat grinder with onion and carrots. Add eggs, melted cheese and mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • mayonnaise
  • pepper

  • lemon
  • vegetable oil

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the legs into several pieces. Mix mayonnaise, processed cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper. Lubricate the pieces of legs with the resulting sauce and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours. cool place.
  2. Cut the olives into slices.
  3. Cut the lemon into thin slices, then in half.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the chicken legs.
  5. Place olive and lemon slices on top.

  6. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Close the lid and let cool.
  7. Serve cold. Boiled potatoes or rice are perfect as a side dish.

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. cookies
  • 1 b. boiled condensed milk
  • 0.5 sticks of butter
  • 3-4 tbsp. l. hot water

Cooking method:

  1. Break the cookies with your hands.
  2. Open a can of condensed milk and place the contents in a bowl, add softened butter and hot water. Beat with a whisk or blender until smooth.
  3. Leave a few cookie crumbs for decoration, mix the rest of the cookies with the cream.

It will take a little time to prepare this simple but delicious holiday salad with a strange but memorable name:

To prepare you will need:

  • 1 large ripe persimmon;
  • 2 juicy tangerines;
  • 1 red onion;
  • soft or hard cheese (65 g);
  • a small bunch of lettuce leaves;

We cut the washed and peeled persimmons (peel them in a thin layer, remove the seeds and stalks) into small cubes and put them in a deep salad bowl. Mix everything and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Nostalgic vinaigrette

Vegetables can be used to prepare very healthy and undeservedly forgotten classic vinaigrette. Maybe it’s not so exotic, but it’s tasty and inexpensive.

Everyone probably knows how to cook it. But just in case, let me remind you. You can boil the vegetables in advance. Cut carrots, beets and potatoes into cubes, mix with pickled cucumber, sauerkraut, onions, green peas, season with vegetable oil, sprinkle with dill and mix everything.

Hot meals and snacks

On the New Year's table in 2019, a worthy place will be taken by dishes prepared from rabbit meat, beef, lamb, poultry, delicious fish dishes from pike perch, perch, trout, salmon, salmon or exotic seafood, seasoned delicious sauces made from cheese, sour cream and herbs.

For example, you can prepare bell peppers of different colors (red, yellow and green), stuffed with stewed vegetables or mushrooms with rice and grated cheese. Or cook eggs stuffed with red caviar with a sauce of yolks and mayonnaise.

  • Fill in ready-made dough silicone or paper molds and dip pieces of white chocolate into the dough (the total mass will require from 50 to 100 g).
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees.
  • Remove the dessert from the oven and serve warm (you can sprinkle with powdered sugar).


A simple recipe for delicious jelly

To prepare this delicious delicacy, we use any berry compotes, fruit juices and gelatin (at the rate of 15 g of gelatin per 400 ml of juice).

    sour cream – 800 ml;
    jelly – 3 packs;
    white chocolate – 100 g;
    gelatin – 40 g;
    orange – 1 pc.;
    banana – 2 pcs.;
    vanillin - to taste.
    Cooking method:

    Pour jelly hot water, put in the refrigerator after cooling. Grind the cookies with a blender.
    Heat the oil over low heat, add sugar and cocoa.
    Prepare the cake pan. To do this, place a baking dish without a bottom on a wide plate.
    Combine some of the crushed cookies with the butter mixture. Place in a small layer on a plate. Place in the refrigerator to harden.
    Pour gelatin with water, stir, remove to infuse.
    Remove the colored prepared jelly from the refrigerator and cut into medium cubes. Cut bananas and orange into slices or cubes.
    Mix sour cream, sugar, beat. Add vanillin, the rest of the crushed cookies, fruit, jelly.
    Heat the gelatin in a water bath, and after cooling, pour it into the sour cream mixture.
    Transfer the resulting mixture into the prepared pan with a layer of cookies, which have set in the refrigerator.
    Place the cake in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
    You can decorate with jelly, grated chocolate, and slices of fruit. Before serving, carefully remove the pan from the cake.
