Ingredients: milk - 500 gr. white dry wine- 200 gr. 2-3 tablespoons of flour, a few pinches of cumin, a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, salt to taste.
You need to beat the milk with a mixer until smooth. Add a glass of dry white wine, flour, cumin, olive oil and salt to taste and mix this whole mixture thoroughly in the mixer again.

All that remains is to bake the pancakes in the most usual way, in vegetable oil. Take a spoon and pour its contents into a hot frying pan.

Fish milk in an omelet

Ingredients: milk - 500 gr. 1-2 onions, 3 eggs, 0.5 cups of milk, salt, pepper.
The milk needs to be washed and cut into pieces. Finely chop the onion and sauté.

Place milk in a frying pan with onions, add a little salt and pepper, turn up the heat and fry, stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes. Transfer the milk and onions from the frying pan into the oven dish. Beat the eggs with milk (with the addition of salt and pepper) and pour the milk over the omelette mixture.

Place the pan in an oven preheated to 220°C and bake until done. You can prepare this dish without an oven. Cover the omelette mixture with a lid, reduce the heat to low and fry until the omelette hardens.

Ingredients: milk - 200 gr. carrots - 80 gr. garlic - 2 cloves, soy sauce- 5 gr. vegetable oil - 10 gr. onions - 30 gr. ground red pepper - a pinch.

Ingredients: milk - 200 gr. vegetable oil - 10 gr. boiled rice- 300 gr. onion - 1 head, mayonnaise - 1 spoon, ground red pepper - a pinch.
