    Preparation:
    Cut off the tips of the wings, discard. Cut the wings into two parts, add salt to taste. Cut the onion thinly into half rings. Prepare the marinade: mix vinegar, olive oil, onion, garlic, chili pepper, paprika and oregano. Mix the wings with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight (I left it overnight). Place the wings along with the marinade on a baking sheet in one layer. Bake, uncovered, at 180-190*C for about 40-50 minutes until done.

    9. Chicken wings in honey sauce

    Preparation:
    It's very easy to prepare and they turn out very tasty. And so to cook chicken wings in honey sauce you need half a kilo of chicken wings. Next, we start preparing the marinade for chicken wings, for this we will need 60 grams of honey, 140 grams of soy sauce, squeeze the juice out of half a lemon, 20 grams of ginger (grated root), 10 grams of curry powder, salt and place everything in a small saucepan. Mix well and pour our marinade over the chicken wings. And leave for an hour in a cool place.

    Then take a frying pan, preferably wide, so that all the chicken wings fit and pour in 60 grams of vegetable oil, then put the chicken wings in the frying pan and fry on all sides until golden brown crust. Next, reduce the heat a little, pour in the remaining marinade, cover with a lid and simmer for about fifteen minutes. And now the chicken wings in honey sauce are ready to eat.

    10. Chicken wings in beer

    Preparation:
    It turns out very delicious snack. In order to cook chicken wings in beer, you first need to peel and put 6 cloves of garlic (large), 10 grams of curry (powder), and 10 grams of salt in a blender cup. Grind everything until smooth.

    Next, take 1 kilogram of chicken wings, wash well and cut into pieces. Then rub them with the resulting paste and place them in cool place for an hour. Then we transfer the chicken wings to a baking sheet and pour in one and a half liters of light beer, then put it in a preheated oven at 220 C for about forty minutes.

    After the chicken wings are cooked, place them in a dish, preferably deep, and pour the sauce that remains after baking on top. Well, the chicken wings in beer are ready to eat.

    • salt, black ground pepper, dry garlic - to taste

    First, the potatoes need to be washed, peeled and cut into not too thick slices.

    Then we lay it down potato wedges into a mold and sprinkle with a little salt and spices: ground black pepper and dry garlic.

    Remove the tips of the wings, place them in a bowl,

    add salt, ground pepper and dry garlic, also add mustard and mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly

    and put it on the potatoes. The baking dish should be covered with cling film and refrigerated for 2 hours or left overnight. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, check for readiness until browned.

    Cooking wings in honey mustard sauce

    Ingredients:

    chicken wings - 1 kg,

    honey – 100-150 g,

    mustard – 2-3 tablespoons,

    garlic - 2 cloves,

    parsley – 1 bunch,

    Salt, pepper to taste, lemon.

    Rinse the chicken wings well. Finely chop the parsley and add to the dish with the wings (add ½ part of the parsley to the marinade).

    Cut the garlic into medium pieces and add to the marinade, add mustard and honey, pepper and salt. Add lemon juice. Mix gently and leave for 2 hours to marinate better. Place on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven for 40 minutes until done.

    We take it out, form it beautifully on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining herbs.

    Makes a great treat for dinner!

    Chicken wings with rice in the oven

    Ingredients:

    • chicken wings – 2 kg
    • rice – 1 glass, apples – 2 pcs.
    • carrots - 1 pc.
    • onion – 1 pc.
    • soy sauce – 30 ml.
    • honey - 2 tablespoons
    • garlic – 4 cloves
    • vegetable oil, salt and seasoning for chicken

    Place the chicken wings in a bowl and add seasoning, soy sauce, a little salt, vegetable oil and honey. Then mix thoroughly and leave to marinate for half an hour.

    Meanwhile, salt the rice, pour a glass of boiling water and stir

    Cut the apples, carrots and onions into approximately equal pieces. After half an hour, squeeze the garlic into the bowl with the wings and mix again. Meanwhile, the rice has absorbed water.

    Pour a little vegetable oil onto a baking sheet, add chopped apples, carrots and onions there.

    Mix them with oil, add rice

    Distribute everything evenly over the surface. Carefully pour in two more glasses of water

    Place the wings on top so that they do not end up under water. Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for an hour

    In my opinion, the recipe is quite unusual, worth trying.
