  • Pork neck – 450 g;
  • Water – 230 g.

Pour the rice into a deep glass bowl and fill it with salted water and leave for two hours. Choose high-quality, long-grained cereal; steamed cereal is not suitable for our purposes.

  • Pork tenderloin – 450 g;
  • Egg – 2 pcs.;
  • Bran – 5 tbsp. l.;
