And if fresh kefir we drink it with pleasure in the mornings and evenings, from the “little one” (more than 3 days) you will get an excellent lush, tall, juicy and delicious pastries. The available recipes give everyone the opportunity to choose according to their own taste.

Pie “Amazing Classic”

No, no, that's not a typo. Exactly amazing, since the basic recipes suggest that the baked goods should be with raisins. But each housewife selects a pie filling to her own taste, focusing on the taste preferences of her family.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour premium– 2 glasses
  • Medium fat kefir – 1 cup
  • Granulated sugar – 1 cup
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Refined vegetable oil – ½ cup
  • Vanillin – 1 gr.
  • Baking powder for dough – 2 tsp.
  • Raisins, nuts - to taste.

Instead of raisins, you can use any other berries or fruits, but take into account their moisture content. The baking of the pie depends on this. Such baked goods “love” apples of sour or sweet and sour varieties, candied cherries, raspberries, black or red currants. Fresh cherries or strawberries contain a lot of liquid and the baked goods may end up being soggy or sticky.

Preparation

  1. First, beat the eggs. We break them, without separating them into whites and yolks, into a high container (preferably not metal, so as not to cause oxidation processes). Add sugar and beat until thick foam, trying to dissolve the sugar as much as possible.
  1. Add kefir and vegetable oil to the egg mass and mix. You can use a spoon or silicone spatula at this stage. Kefir should be at room temperature or even a little warmer. Optimal temperature– 35-40º. If it is colder than room temperature, there will be problems when baking. If it is hotter than 40º, the kefir will begin to separate, which will negatively affect the finished dessert.

  1. In a separate container, mix all the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder and vanilla. Thus, they are evenly distributed throughout the entire volume of the dough.
  2. Gradually add to the liquid composition and mix thoroughly so that the dough is homogeneous, without lumps.
  3. Add raisins and nuts. These ingredients must be prepared in advance. Dry the nuts in the oven and try to remove the bitter skin. Then you will get a pronounced nutty aroma and avoid a bitter aftertaste. The raisins must first be poured with boiling water and allowed to stand for a while to swell. Then drain in a colander and dry on a towel. Sprinkle with flour before adding to the dough. This way the raisins will be evenly distributed throughout the entire volume.
  4. Grease the bowl in the multicooker with butter and sprinkle with flour. Set the “Baking” mode for 60-80 minutes. It all depends on the power of your device. It is advisable not to open the lid of the multicooker until the beep sounds.

  1. The finished baked goods should remain in the multicooker for some time (5-10 minutes) to avoid breaking them when removed. Then, using a steaming rack, remove the cake and let it cool completely.

Pour over the finished kefir dessert chocolate icing, whipped cream or sprinkle powdered sugar. Garnish with fresh, candied or frozen fruits or berries.

  3. Combine both masses and mix. Gradually add flour and continue mixing so that there are no lumps and the dough becomes homogeneous.
  4. Grease the bowl in the multicooker with butter and sprinkle with the products prepared for this purpose (semolina, crackers, nuts).
