Mustard bread in a bread machine is made from ingredients such as water (300 ml), powdered milk(1.5 teaspoons), flour (0.45 kg), yeast (5 g). In addition, salt (4 g), sugar (30 g), mustard powder(1 teaspoon) and mustard oil (2 tablespoons). For softness and splendor of the dough, you can add a little butter (20 g) to the ingredients. Bread is baked for 10 minutes at a temperature of 235 degrees, and then 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
