We clean the pumpkin, cut off the tough peel, cut soft part with seeds, now rem vegetables on a coarse grater.

Pour kefir with soda into pumpkin dough.






Add flour to the dough to make pancakes. In terms of density, it will turn out like sour cream, only a little thicker. But the dough should slowly slide off the spoon.




Pour the dough into a frying pan, the vegetable oil is already heated there, we begin to fry the pancakes.
