One of our family's favorite cakes is the Count Ruins cake with sour cream. This cake is prepared very simply, most importantly, you don’t need to worry that the biscuit will not turn out or that it will not be perfectly even, in this cake the biscuit will be cut into cubes.

Then dip the pieces of chocolate biscuit in sour cream and lay out in a chaotic manner. You should press the cubes a little on top so that there are no voids in the cake.
