    Step 2: Prepare the ingredients for the minced meat

    Wash fresh chicken fillet thoroughly under cold running water. Dry it a little with paper towels to remove moisture. We will remove the films from the meat and cut it into small pieces to make it easier to grind into minced meat.

    According to the recipe, peel the husks onions. Let's cut it into small pieces free form. We also thoroughly peel and wash the garlic clove.

    Step 3: Grind the ingredients

    Now we need to be creative and use our imagination. From about two tablespoons of minced meat (without a slide), we form a small cutlet in the shape of a chicken leg. Insert a salted straw into the center of the cutlet.

    Step 6: Wrap the prepared legs
