Ingredients:

  • 6 shortcrust pastry tartlets
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1 large onion
  • 100 g champignons
  • 3-4 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise
  • 60 g cheese
  • salt, ground pepper

Preparation:
