Vegetarian shawarma
  1. Wash the cucumber and, without peeling it, cut into long strips. If possible, chop the tomato as well.
  2. Chop the cabbage as finely as possible. Prepare the sauce: adjika + fermented baked milk + spices.
  3. I really like adding curry, but just a little so as not to overwhelm the taste.
  4. Mash the cheese with a fork and lightly fry in oil, stirring constantly.
  5. Place lavash on the table; I had a round sheet with a diameter of 35 centimeters.
  6. Apply the sauce and place a third of the vegetables and cheese closer to the left edge.
  7. Wrap the shawarma in the following sequence: top-bottom-left edge, and then twist it to the right.
  8. Place the roll in a frying pan (with or without oil) and heat for literally 5 seconds on each side. Eat immediately before the sauce soaks the pita bread.

  1. Soak the beans overnight and cook them in the usual way. Boil it. Grate the cheese onto coarse grater and add to the pan with oil.
  2. Add rice and beans, pepper and tomato here, lightly fry, season with spices.
  3. I used olive oil - the aroma is incredible!
  4. Spread the dough and place the contents of the pan and chopped herbs in the center.
  5. Sprinkle a small scattering of cheese on top. Roll into an envelope and fry in a frying pan for a few minutes on each side.

Tip: If you prefer, add cayenne pepper instead of regular black pepper.

  1. Remove the tails and boil the asparagus for about 5 minutes. In separate pans, lightly toast the nuts and sesame seeds.
  2. Next, combine these three ingredients and beat until homogeneous mass.
  3. Wash and finely chop the greens, add them here and sprinkle with seasoning.
  4. Mix everything together. Divide the dough into two equal parts and brush each with this green substance.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds and cream cheese.
  6. Place a cucumber cut into thin slices on one part, and on the other Bell pepper in the same form. Roll them up and cut them into pieces.

"With cheese and capers"

  1. Processed cheese - 2 pieces
  2. Capers - 20 pieces
  3. Champignons - 200 grams
  4. Greens - a bunch
  5. Lavash - 1 large square
  6. Red onion - 2 pieces
  7. Vegetable oil

Lavash with capers
  1. Wash thoroughly, cut into cubes and fry the mushrooms with butter. Place for 15 minutes processed cheese in the freezer.
  2. This trick will help you rub it evenly over the surface. Cut the “canvas” into two parts, subsequently it will be two rolls, distribute the ingredients accordingly.
  3. Apply mushrooms on it, grate cheese and capers (10 pieces each) on top. Chop the parsley and send it there.
  4. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings and scald it with boiling water. This will help remove the bitterness.
  5. Apply it as the last layer. Roll up , slice and serve.

Advice: cottage cheese can be safely replaced with Adyghe.

Sweet lavash as an incredible dessert option

You can also cook on its basis without requiring large quantity cooking time.

Moreover, they can be very diverse.

"Pumpkin Baking"

  1. Pumpkin - 800 grams
  2. Sugar - 120 grams
  3. Lavash - 5 sheets
  4. Olive oil

  1. Wash, peel, chop on a medium grater. In a deep bowl, mix thoroughly with sugar.
  2. Cut the large “canvas” into two parts, grease each with oil.
  3. Place about 4 tablespoons of pumpkin in the center and wrap this and all subsequent parts with an envelope.
  4. Preheat the oven, place paper on a baking sheet, place rolls on it, grease the top with oil.
  5. It will be enough to put them inside for 20 minutes.

"Strudel"

  1. Sugar - 4 tablespoons
  2. Lavash - 1 sheet
  3. Cinnamon - half a teaspoon
  4. Walnuts - 60 grams
  5. Apple - 3 large fruits
  6. Homemade sour cream - 2–3 tablespoons
  7. Powdered sugar for decoration

"Strudel"
  1. Peel the fruit from the core, remove the skin, cut into slices and simmer a little in a frying pan with sugar.
  2. Do not cover them or they will become too soft. A little later, sprinkle them with cinnamon for flavor and mix again.
  3. Wait until the juice has partially evaporated. Brush the base with sour cream to make it soft. Peel the nuts, put them in a plastic bag and beat them with a hammer.
  4. Place the apples on the dough and crush with nuts.
  5. Wrap it all tightly in a tube and coat it with sour cream again. By the way, I used regular butter and it was delicious too. Place on a baking sheet and brown until crisp.
  6. If you prepare a special strudel dough and try this recipe, you will be surprised to find that they are no different from each other.

  1. Condensed milk - 200 grams
  2. Lavash - 2 sheets
  3. Walnuts - half a glass
