  • Champignons - 1/2 kg;

  • Homemade cheese (rennet) - 100 gr.;
  • Butter - 70 gr. for frying mushrooms;
  • White loaf - 200 gr.;
  • Wheat flour - 2-3 tbsp. for batter;
  • Salt, spices, garlic, dried dill - to taste.

Let's start cooking.

We make minced meat from all types of meat and add onions to it (we do all this with a meat grinder). Soak the loaf in milk, remove the crust and squeeze out excess liquid. Add bread to the minced meat and add eggs (2 pcs.). Season with salt and spices. Mix everything and set the minced meat aside to “rest.”

We are dealing with mushrooms. Cut them into slices and put them in a frying pan, adding a few tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil to it, so that when primary processing the mushrooms did not stick to the bottom.

As soon as the mushrooms have browned a little, add finely chopped onion and butter. Stir and continue cooking under closed lid over low heat, before seasoning with salt and spices to taste.

While the mushrooms are preparing, we begin to conjure the batter. Break three eggs into a bowl and whisk until smooth with a fork.
