Tip: Salads with the addition of pineapples are best consumed immediately after preparation, otherwise they will give juice and the salad will “float” the next day.

Salad with pineapple, corn and cheese

This salad with canned pineapple and cream cheese is just a godsend for housewives who want to surprise guests at a feast without spending too much effort and money on treats. The recipe for its preparation is so simple that there is nowhere else to go, and the cost of the ingredients is relatively low. Alternatively, canned pineapple can be replaced with fresh product, if you wish.

We will need:

  • Cream cheese (can be spicy) – 160 grams;
  • Canned pineapple – 180 grams (or 5 rings of fresh fruit);
  • Celery – 1 stalk;
  • Canned sweet corn – 7 tbsp. l.;
  • Walnuts – 60 grams;
  • Homemade mayonnaise or white yogurt – 5 tbsp. l.;
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the celery and rinse. Cut into small cubes, but not very small;
  2. Drain the brine from the pineapples, and then cut them into similar pieces, as you did with celery;
  3. We also chop the cheese with a knife, as in the first two cases;
  4. We divide the walnuts into quarters. Set aside a few of them to decorate the treat, and cut the rest a little smaller;
  5. We collect our delicious salad: combine cheese with celery, small walnuts and pineapples, add to them corn, from which the marinade was previously drained. Then mix everything with the addition of mayonnaise or white yogurt. Salt everything to your taste;
  6. Place the treat in a common salad bowl or in portioned plates. Decorate the top with whole nut quarters. Ready!

Hearty salad with cheese, chicken, pineapple and croutons

We will need:

  • Chicken (any part of your choice) – 250 grams;
  • White loaf – 100 grams;
  • Green salad (leaves) – 40 grams;
  • Olive oil – 2 ½ tbsp;
  • Canned pineapple – 180 grams;
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp;
  • Cheese – 180 grams;
  • Garlic – a couple of cloves;
  • Mayonnaise – 60 grams;
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly and separate it from the bones, if any. Then cut the meat into small pieces;
  2. Heat a frying pan with olive oil (or any other), put the chicken fillet there, sprinkle with salt, then fry everything until golden brown and cooked through;
  3. At the same time, cut the loaf into cubes, dry and brown them in the oven;
  4. Drain the juice from the pineapples and cut them like chicken;
  5. Rinse the lettuce leaves, let them dry, and then tear them;
  6. We simply grate the cheese finer;
  7. Peel the garlic, rinse it, chop it in any way;
  8. Prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise with lemon juice and garlic, beat with a fork;
  9. Mix all the ingredients except the croutons, and then season everything with the sauce;
  10. Place the salad on a plate and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Ready!
