IN natural yogurt contains bifidobacteria, which improve intestinal function, as well as calcium, which strengthens bones.

The cooking method is very simple. Be sure to wash all fruits, peel bananas and pomegranates, remove the seeds from persimmons, and remove the core from apples. Cut the food into small cubes and shake out the seeds from the pomegranate. Mix the ingredients together and top with yogurt.

Fruit salad of apples, bananas and figs

For a large portion of salad for several people you will need:

  • figs – 6-7 pcs.;
  • ripe banana – 2 pcs.;
  • green apple – 2 pcs.;
  • coconut flakes - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • juice of half a lemon;
  • 3-4 tbsp. l. honey;
  • 150 ml yogurt.

If the figs are dry, then they must first be soaked in water for 2 hours and then chopped. Fresh fruit cut into 4 pieces at once. Peel apples and bananas and chop into cubes, sprinkle with lemon. Mix the ingredients together, add honey, yogurt, and sprinkle coconut flakes on top.

Recipe with walnuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • raisins – 50 g;
  • dried apricots – 50 g;
  • walnuts – 6 pcs.;
  • fruit yogurt – 150-200 ml;
  • banana, kiwi, apple, orange, plum, pear.

Steam the dried fruits in boiling water for 1-2 hours, then cut the dried apricots into 4 parts. Peel the nuts and chop finely. Wash the fruits, remove bones and peel and cut into small pieces. Mix all ingredients in a large container and pour over yogurt.

Heavenly delight on your table

This dessert can be prepared at any time of the year, but it will give special pleasure in hot weather.

Ingredients for two servings:

  • large apple;
  • orange (if desired, you can take two tangerines);
  • pink grapes – 150 g;
  • ice cream – 100 g;
  • mint.

Peel the orange and remove internal membranes, cut into small cubes. Remove the core from the apple and cut into slices, and then divide each piece into segments. Cut the grapes in half and remove the bones.

The fruits are washed, peeled if necessary and cut into medium cubes. The grapes can be cut into halves or left whole berries. You can choose the type of cheese at your own discretion. It will be good if it is one of the noble species with blue mold, but any other will do. So, the cheese is also cut into small cubes and added to the fruit. Ready salad add yogurt and mix gently.

Serve the dessert in beautiful bowls, garnished with mint leaves or sprinkled with powdered sugar.

As you can see, you don’t have to become a great cook to make a fruit salad. It is enough to find your favorite combination of different fruits and more often treat yourself and your loved ones with various variations of dessert.
