Preparation:
Boil the shrimp in boiling salted water, pour out 150 ml of broth, cool the shrimp, peel and cut small pieces. Dissolve in a frying pan over low heat butter and fry the flour in it until creamy, then add the shrimp broth and wine, heat for a minute and pour in the milk and cream. Add allspice, mustard, salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Meanwhile, separate the yolks from the whites. Add a little sauce from the frying pan to the yolks, mix well and add to the rest of the sauce, mixing well so that no lumps form (preferably with a mixer). Add shrimp to the sauce, stir and remove from heat. Cool and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, carefully fold the mixture into the sauce with shrimp and stir. Divide the resulting mixture into molds and place in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve topped with sour cream.

Pour salted water over the washed rice and put on fire. Cut pike perch fillet in small pieces. Finely chop the greens and garlic. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, put them in ice water and remove the skin. Grind the tomatoes using a blender. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add onion and sauté until golden brown. Add tomatoes, garlic and herbs, add a little salt and simmer over low heat under the lid for 3-4 minutes. Then add the cloves, thyme and pepper and continue to simmer. Drain the cooked rice in a colander, place in a frying pan with the sauce and add wine. Place fish pieces on top of the rice, cover and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.   • 50 g cognac.

Bananas should be cut in half (lengthwise). Melt the butter in a portioned frying pan (the dish will be served in it). IN melted butter add bananas and fry slightly on both sides (1-3 minutes).

Remove the bananas from a separate bowl, add sugar to their oil, and after 2-4 minutes (when you get caramel) add orange and lemon juice. All this simmers together over medium heat for 7-8 minutes. Then return the bananas with the sauce, pour cognac on top, set it on fire and serve immediately. The light in the room should be dimmed to make the effect even brighter.

No, no, don’t think that we decided to offer you ordinary boiled shrimp. We want to surprise you and diversify your idea of ​​cooking shrimp. They can be prepared very tasty using various methods, for example, on the grill or in sauce, or in batter.
The main thing is that it is done quickly.
To prepare these shrimp you will need very little time, only about 5 minutes. Make a marinade of olive oil, lemon juice and chili, marinate the shrimp for a few minutes, and then simply grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. The top grill in the oven or microwave is suitable as a grill.
Shrimp in caramel sauce– they take longer to prepare, as they require pre-marinade for an hour in the refrigerator, but they turn out surprisingly tasty. For them you need to prepare a sauce: olive oil, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, pepper, marinate them in it, and then grill them like the previous ones.
