  7. Pour the syrup into protein mass, whisking everything at the same time with a mixer, as in the photo:

    Continue beating until the egg whites have cooled to room temperature.


  9. To decorate, we rub the chocolate on a grater, cut the fruits (we have apples) into cubes, prepare the berries (at your discretion and taste).


  10. We divide the protein mass into 3 parts.


  11. Add a few drops food coloring into each of the parts.


  12. Thoroughly mix the dyes in proteins with a blender, as in the photo:


  13. Thoroughly mix each color in separate containers, each time with a clean blender whisk, as in the photo:


  14. We spread the colored layers of cream into glasses or stylish glass jars using a pastry bag or two spoons.


  15. Between the layers of cream we place apples with cinnamon, other fruits or berries.


  16. Decorate with grated chocolate on top, as in the photo.


  17. Protein dessert in a glass (in a glass jar) is ready!
