Sugar-Free Strawberry Jelly for Diet

5 (100%) voted 1

In summer, when the strawberry season begins, you really want to please yourself with something refreshing, berry and, at the same time, healthy. Strawberry jelly is, in my opinion, the best strawberry diet dessert.

You can cook it in several variations. Whole berry lovers can prepare jellied jelly when strawberries are poured with a gelatinous liquid. Another option for strawberry jelly is to grind the strawberries in a blender. Then the jelly resembles a delicate berry mousse.

You can also experiment with thickeners. When using gelatin, strawberry jelly will come out firmer and more elastic. It is better to use it for the jellied version.

Jelly based on agar-agar, if you put half the norm, turns out to be softer, and it is agar-agar that is best used when making jelly from strawberries whipped in a blender.

Let's take a look at each recipe separately, and you yourself can choose which one you like best. Lots of jelly recipes in the section.

Strawberry Jelly Agar Agar Recipe

This version of strawberry jelly will appeal to vegetarians, since it does not contain gelatin. And it is this thickener that is most useful for diabetes mellitus, as it slows down the absorption of carbohydrates.

Composition:

  • 250 grams of strawberries
  • 0.5 tablespoon agar agar
  • to taste (in high season, when strawberries are very sweet, you can not put the substitute at all)

Preparation:

  1. Wash the strawberries, peel off the tails, and chop in a blender until puree.
  2. Prepare agar-agar (soak in water for 40 minutes, and then boil for 10 minutes).
  3. Fill with thickener strawberry puree... You can add a little water to dilute the jelly.

Leave to set in the refrigerator for half an hour. Strawberry jelly with agar-agar is ready. The calorie content of such a dessert is 21 kcal per 100 grams. XE per 100 grams - 0.5 ... The sugar substitute was not included. If you decide to add, for example, fructose, then you will need to add its calorie content to the calorie content of the dessert.

Strawberry jelly with gelatin

Now I will teach you how to make strawberry jelly with whole berries. Why is this jelly better to cook with gelatin? The fact is that dense agar-agar jelly is not very pleasant to smell and is too tough in consistency. Therefore, I advise you to cook only soft versions of desserts from it, where its lower concentration is taken.

But the usual gelatin for us, subject to the proportion of 2 tablespoons per liter of liquid, gives a very pleasant elastic consistency, without distorting the taste and smell of the dessert.

Composition:

  • 250 grams of strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons of gelatin
  • 1 liter of water
  • Sugar substitute to taste

Preparation:

  1. Wash the strawberries, peel the tails.
  2. Pour half the strawberries with 1 liter of water, put on fire and bring to a boil.
  3. Add sugar substitute to boiling strawberries. It turns out something like a strawberry compote.
  4. Put the remaining half of the whole strawberries in the bottom of the jelly molds. The smaller the berries are, the better. Cut large strawberries.
  5. After the water with the strawberries has boiled for 5-10 minutes, remove the pan from the stove.
  6. Prepared gelatin (soaked for 40 minutes in water, and heated until dissolved) is mixed with “ strawberry compote”. The boiled berries must be removed.
  7. Pour fresh strawberries in tins.

Freezing time from hour to night. It all depends on the quality of the gelatin.

Calorie content per 100 grams strawberry jelly with gelatin - 22 kcal, and XE per 100 grams - 0.13

In conclusion, I will say that each of these strawberry jelly recipes is good in its own way. For roast summer day such a delicacy will be just a godsend. In summer, in the heat, you want something light and refreshing, and even tasty. I offer to all dieters with a sweet tooth simple recipes cold desserts. The low-calorie fruit jelly is filling enough to keep you from feeling hungry until lunchtime. In addition, you can cook it immediately for 2-3 days, and in the morning just take it out of the refrigerator and have a delicious breakfast. Children will also be happy to eat such a delicacy, so you can cook more, there will always be those who wish. I've already tried different variants and I will tell you the recipes that I liked the most. You do not need a skill for making desserts and culinary skills, it is unrealistic to spoil it. By the way, this is actually a recipe creamy panna cotta, only in a much lighter version.

Dairy recipe diet jelly on kefir

300 gr kefir
Small pack of gelatin
A tablespoon of sugar
1-2 bananas
2 kiwi
Canned pineapple slices
A little vanilla

Cut the fruits into any cubes or circles, pineapples just need to drain. You can take any other fruit, but not too juicy. I do not advise putting strawberries. Such jelly must be eaten right there, otherwise the berries will start to juice in the jelly. It is better to decorate a ready-made delicacy with berries.

Since for low-calorie jelly you need to take 1% kefir, then you need more gelatin for it, otherwise it will not solidify. Therefore, we take 300 grams of kefir per pack. Beat kefir with sugar, pour instant gelatin into 100-150 grams of boiling water. First, I beat the gelatin in a mug well with a mixer so that it dissolves properly.

Mix the gelatinous mass with whipped kefir, add vanilla and add fruit. Mix everything with a spoon and pour into large cups, bowls or bowls.

Milk Yogurt Jelly

400 g of drinking yoghurt
1 sachet of gelatin
Fruits

In jelly with yogurt, you do not need to put sugar and vanillin. And you can take more yogurt than kefir, as it hardens better. The principle is the same. This time I was mixing blueberry yogurt with milk and cereals. It turned out just yummy.

Cottage cheese with strawberries

For a glass of cottage cheese, a teaspoon of sugar and strawberries. If you have time, you can cook not lazy fruit curd, as in my photo (I just mixed everything), and grind cottage cheese with a small amount of kefir and sugar with a mixer. It will turn out to be very delicate and airy curd cream... Then you can decorate it with berries or pour a little honey on it. If you are making a cream with honey, then you do not need to pour sugar into it. This dish is suitable for.

These delicious cold desserts are perfect for breakfast or dinner. It turns out a hearty and low-calorie delicacy.
