Recipe 2, step by step: PP cottage cheese casserole in the oven

If you follow your figure, actively go in for sports or carefully calculate the calories in each dish, then you should get acquainted with the recipe by which you can cook an incredibly tasty PP curd casserole in the oven. Such a dish turns out to be breathtakingly fragrant and healthy. Its taste is balanced, delicate, pleasant. At the same time, the calorie content of the finished baking is quite low. In 100 g of the finished casserole, there are only 170 kcal.

To prepare a healthy and satisfying PP cottage cheese casserole, we do not need any special products that are distinguished by a minimum calorie content and not very pleasant taste, like some “goodies” for a diet.

apples - 3 pcs.;
cottage cheese with a minimum percentage of fat content - 500 g;
oatmeal - 1 tbsp.;
skim milk - 70 ml;
egg - 2 pcs.;
raisins - ½ tbsp.;
butter - 20 g;
salt - 1 pinch;
granulated sugar - optional.

To begin with, you should prepare all the necessary products. As you may have noticed, there is no sour cream, semolina or flour in the recipe. Do not use cottage cheese with a fat content above 5% for cooking casseroles. Sweet apples are suitable for the dish, but fruits with a slight sourness will fit into the composition no less organically. For oatmeal, opt for the classic version over the instant oatmeal.

First you need to pour oatmeal with fresh milk. Everything should be mixed and left to infuse well. Raisins will need to be thoroughly rinsed with hot water. Then it should be poured with boiling water and left for 20 minutes. In the meantime, you can do apples. Fruits will need to be thoroughly washed in running water and peeled. Fruits should be cut into 2 halves to remove the core. Prepared apples should be cut into small slices or cubes.

The next step in cooking PP cottage cheese casserole in the oven is preparing the eggs. They must be broken, separating the yolks from the proteins. Sugar will need to be sent to cottage cheese. It is also necessary to pour the yolks there, after which the mass is thoroughly rubbed.

Proteins will need to be sprinkled with a pinch of salt. Everything is whipped with a mixer so that the foam is dense and strong. Now we need to discard the raisins on the sieve. The berries are thoroughly dried with napkins and sent to the curd mass. There you also need to shift the workpiece based on oatmeal.

The blank for a healthy casserole will need to be thoroughly mixed. Apple slices are also poured in here. Whipped egg whites should be added to the "dough". Everything should be mixed gently.

Next, you need to turn on the oven and bring it to 180 degrees. The form in which you plan to bake this cake is greased with oil. Our mixture based on cottage cheese, apples, oatmeal and other correct ingredients is transferred to it. Bake the cake for 45 minutes.

Then the cottage cheese PP casserole in the oven is left for another 20 minutes with the door ajar. This simple technique will make it soft, tender and very lush.

When the dish is completely ready, it will need to be cut into pieces and served at the table along with natural yogurt, honey or low-fat kefir.

Recipe 3: diet cottage cheese PP casserole in a slow cooker

Would you like to try a very dietary cottage cheese casserole? Someone counts calories, someone cannot have sweet and fatty ... Today I am preparing a classic dessert dish from low-fat 2% cottage cheese, with a minimum of sugar (raisins will give sweetness). The casserole will turn out very tasty, satisfying, but low in calories. I think that cottage cheese and pastries from it are very tasty and healthy food! And everything is so simple: we reduce the amount of semolina, sugar to a minimum, choose low-fat cottage cheese. Instead of butter, we use vegetable oil to lubricate the multicooker bowl. I sometimes replace raisins with steamed dried fruits or peaches. The taste changes, but the dish remains dietary!

  • 500 g 2% cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 g semolina
  • 30 g sugar
  • 100 g raisins
  • salt on the tip of a knife
  • 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil

Carefully break the eggs.

I separate the whites from the yolks. I add a pinch of salt to the proteins, beat with a blender in a stable foam.

Thoroughly wash raisins with cold and hot water.

I fill it with hot water for 5 minutes.

I add cottage cheese, semolina, sugar to the yolks.

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

I add raisins, mix everything again. Gently spread the whipped proteins on the curd mass.

With a spoon, from top to bottom, mixing in one direction, I add proteins to the mass.

I grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and spread the curd mass.

I close the lid of the multicooker and set the “Baking” program for 45 minutes. I am waiting for the signal of the multicooker about the end of the mode and, having put a flat dish to the bowl, I carefully turn our casserole over.

Warm, and cold curd casserole is especially good with raspberry or strawberry jam, sour cream or delicate kefir curd cream.

Recipe 4: PP cottage cheese casserole with banana and quail eggs

Very tasty and quick to prepare casserole. Exceptional diet food. If you're watching your weight and don't like overly sweet casseroles, make this one! In addition, quail eggs are very useful. This recipe does not contain sugar, butter, flour and semolina. It can serve as a great dietary start and end to your day.

  • Cottage cheese 200 gr
  • Bananas 1 pc
  • Quail eggs 6 pcs
  • Vanilla to taste
  • Ground cinnamon to taste
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Ideally, separate the whites and yolks, and beat the whites with lemon juice until stiff peaks. (I didn't do this, but I ate the casserole right away and it didn't have time to fall off and become stale, so do as you please).

Mash the yolks with cottage cheese and a pinch of salt. If your cottage cheese is hard, add a little milk. But I didn't need it.

We mix both masses.

You can add cinnamon and vanilla to taste.

Slice the banana into thin circles. It took me only half a banana to make my tiny mold.

We spread the resulting products in a form in layers, starting and ending with the curd layer. It is best to use silicone molds, any pastry comes out of them easily and they do not need to be lubricated with oil or sprinkled with semolina.

Bake at 180 * until brown edges appear. If you see that the top is still damp, turn on the "convection" mode on your stove.

This is what the cutaway looks like. You can add any fruit and drizzle with syrup, but the original tastes the best to me.

Recipe 8: PP cottage cheese casserole with apples and cinnamon

Cottage cheese casserole with apples is an excellent delicacy, a tasty and fragrant dessert for the whole family. And if you cook it without sugar, you will get a completely dietary dish that is suitable for people who count calories in food. I would call the recipe for cottage cheese casserole "you can't imagine it easier."

You can take absolutely any fat content of cottage cheese for casseroles - I use 5% (this is an average). Apples take juicy, sweet and sour or sweet varieties. Irishka, who shared this recipe with me, recommends choosing Antonovka. Chicken eggs need a medium size, and adjust the amount of cinnamon to your liking.

  • cottage cheese - 500 gr
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs
  • apple - 3 pcs
  • ground cinnamon - 3 pcs

Immediately turn on the oven to heat up to 160 degrees, after which we proceed to the preparation of the base for the cottage cheese casserole. In this recipe, it is very important to achieve complete uniformity and smoothness of the mass, so I advise you to use an immersion blender. Of course, you can break through the mass in a food processor (metal knife nozzle), but first you will definitely have to wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve. Thanks to the friendly blender, this step is skipped. We put in a bowl 500 grams of cottage cheese and 3 chicken eggs.

We pierce everything with a blender - literally in half a minute you get a smooth curd mass without a single grain. It has a very soft butter-like consistency.

Now let's deal with apples - we have three of them in total. We wash the fruit, dry it, remove the skin and remove the seed pods. Grind one apple on a coarse grater, and cut the second into a small cube. Third, let's wait a bit.

Mix everything gently, but thoroughly - the mass for the casserole is ready.

We take a silicone mold of a suitable size and put the curd mass with apples into it - there is no need to lubricate the mold. Smooth out with a spoon or spatula.

We clean the third apple, cut out the seed box, and cut the pulp into beautiful thin slices. We lay them on top of the curd mass in any order.

We will prepare a dietary cottage cheese casserole in a water bath. To do this, place the form with the future dessert in a larger deep dish (form or baking sheet). Pour boiling water into a large form so that the water level reaches the middle of the height of the form with dessert. Cook the casserole in a preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes at an average level at 160 degrees.

We take out the finished cottage cheese casserole with apples from the water bath and let it cool completely. In fact, it can be eaten warm, but then it will not keep its shape well and it will not work to cut the dessert into portioned pieces.

Remember that this is a diet cottage cheese casserole with apples - it does not contain sugar. That is why such a dessert can be safely eaten by ladies even at night. For the rest of the sweet tooth, I recommend serving this tender curd casserole with natural honey, condensed milk, jam, jam or custard.

Recipe 9: PP cottage cheese casserole for children (with photo)

  • pasty cottage cheese 18% fat - 250 gr.;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • semolina - 50 gr.;
  • milk - a third of a glass;
  • sugar - 3-4 tbsp. (taste);
  • salt - a pinch;
  • vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp;
  • butter - for greasing the mold.

Soft, homogeneous cottage cheese without lumps does not need to be kneaded. Immediately put it in a bowl and combine with the egg. If the cottage cheese is of a different consistency, wipe it through a sieve or grind it with an immersion blender. In dense or granular, add a spoonful of sour cream to obtain a smoother curd mass.

After mixing or whipping, you should get a homogeneous, thick mass without lumps, resembling a cream.

Pour in warm or cold milk, but not boiling so as not to boil the cottage cheese and egg.

Stir, combining all the components of the casserole. Add salt, sugar to taste. You should not make a very sweet casserole, it is better to serve it with sweet sour cream sauce or condensed milk. Together with regular sugar, add vanilla for flavor.

Pour a little semolina, stirring after each serving. We make sure that the semolina does not gather in lumps, rub the curd mass with a spoon or beat again with a blender.

We preheat the oven in advance, before we start preparing the curd mass for the casserole. We bring to a temperature of 180 degrees, no more. We take the form not very deep, grease the bottom and walls with a piece of butter. Pour the curd mass, evenly distribute and level the top. Put in the oven on the middle tier.

  3. Pour boiling water over dried apricots to make it softer, and turn oatmeal into flour. A coffee grinder is perfect for this.
  4. We combine the resulting flour and dried fruits with the rest of the products and bring the composition to homogeneity.
  5. We shift the mass into the prepared form (it must be greased with oil or covered with paper) and cooked in an oven heated to 200 degrees for at least 30 minutes.

Style Outcome

The ingredients for cottage cheese casserole can be varied - it turns out very tasty with pears, apricots, dried apricots, raisins, prunes, all kinds of berries. If you come across a dry cottage cheese, a small amount of kefir or yogurt will help make the casserole more tender.

Good day, dear blog readers! It's no secret that cottage cheese casserole is a nutritious and healthy dish that is usually served with breakfast. But I found out that it has one significant drawback. Which? It turns out that when using the usual “wrong” ingredients, a casserole can adversely affect our figure. How can this be avoided? - you ask.

Very simple: cottage cheese casserole should be made from. For example, many housewives, in order to exclude sugar from the composition of the casserole, add a banana to it. It is worth considering that such a low-calorie diet cottage cheese banana casserole is being prepared in the oven.

Cottage cheese casserole on quail eggs with banana

The recipe for this dish is very simple, it takes only 40 minutes to fully prepare it. Diet casserole is prepared from the following products :

  • 200 gr. fat-free cottage cheese or 2%;
  • 1 banana;
  • 6 quail eggs;
  • a small amount of vanilla, ground cinnamon, salt;
  • 2 dessert spoons of lemon juice.

If I don’t have quail eggs on hand, I replace them with a couple of chicken ones, the taste of the casserole does not change from this.

  1. So, we beat the egg whites with lemon juice. Now you need to knead the cottage cheese mixed with yolks with a fork. After the mass has become pasty, it must be salted and mixed again. By the way, if the cottage cheese is too dry, you can knead it with the addition of a small amount of low-fat milk, so the casserole will turn out softer and more tender.
  1. Then whipped egg whites are gently folded into the curd mass. I did this with a spoon in one direction so that the splendor of the curd dough would not disappear. In the process of kneading, you need to add cinnamon and vanilla.
  2. Now let's take a banana. If you take a shape with a large diameter, you will need to cut the whole fruit. It only took half a banana to make my little mold. The fruit must be peeled, and then cut into thin slices.
  3. The casserole is laid out in layers: the first of which is a layer of dough, then banana mugs are laid out, and then dough again. In this sequence, the form is completely filled out. A layer of dough should crown the casserole.
  4. The oven must be heated to 180 degrees, and then bake the dish in it until brown edges appear.

If you are worried that I did not process the baking dish with oil, then do not worry, I have silicone. A huge plus of this accessory is that it does not need to be lubricated with oil or sprinkled with semolina, thus we can reduce the calorie content of the finished dish.

As you have already noticed, this recipe does not involve the use of sugar, butter, flour and semolina, therefore, even if you watch your figure, you can safely dive into the process of baking low-calorie cottage cheese and banana pastries. You can also cook delicious ones using proven recipes.

Low-calorie cottage cheese-banana casserole with semolina

From such a breakfast, your body will be nourished with vital energy and useful microelements, besides, it will not make your waistline suffer from the attack of unfortunate fats and harmful carbohydrates. How to cook it correctly, I will tell you step by step below.

To prepare a gentle breakfast with semolina and banana you will need :

  • half a dessert spoon of vanilla sugar;
  • a couple of bananas;
  • a couple of tablespoons of semolina;
  • a couple of chicken eggs;
  • 50 ml skim milk;
  • 300 grams of fat-free cottage cheese.

Diet casserole with semolina is very easy to prepare :

  1. Bananas need to be mashed with a fork until a thick fruit paste is obtained. To make the dish more fragrant, bananas are easily kneaded, I always pick up very ripe fruits that begin to darken. This will not only save time, but also prepare a more tender casserole.
  2. In a separate bowl, semolina should be poured with milk. In this state, the croup needs to be kept for about 15 minutes.
  3. In another container, cottage cheese is mixed with eggs and vanilla. To break up curd grains or lumps, you can use a sieve or blender.
  4. Banana puree and semolina with milk are transferred to cottage cheese. The whole mixture is actively mixed and poured into a silicone mold.
  5. The dish is baked for 50 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Love cupcakes? Then the dough prepared according to this recipe can be baked in muffin molds. From my own experience, I can say that this cooking option will not only reduce the cooking time to half an hour, but also limit the portion size if you clearly calculate the amount of proteins, fats and carbohydrates eaten.

Also, all those who love pastries will like it.

Egg-free cottage cheese and banana casserole

Egg-free banana casserole diet is an excellent option for people suffering from high blood cholesterol, and will also help maintain a figure and improve health.

An eggless casserole is prepared from the following ingredients:

  • 5 kg. cottage cheese;
  • a couple of tablespoons of semolina;
  • large banana fruit;
  • 3 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • half a dessert spoon of vanilla sugar.

In this recipe, you need to use a ripe banana to give the dish its sweetness.

Preparing this dish is very simple, it takes me only 45 minutes. :

  1. Cottage cheese, vanilla sugar and semolina are mixed in a deep container. The resulting mixture is rubbed through a sieve. You can not grind the curd grains with a sieve, this will not affect the cooking process of the dish, I just like the baking to have a delicate, soft and airy structure. If the mass is still dry, you can pour a small amount of low-fat kefir or skim milk into it.
  2. The banana is crushed with a blender, and then mixed with the main dough.
  3. If you are using a non-silicone mold, it must be lined with foil and oiled to prevent the dish from sticking. I have a silicone mold, so it does not need oiling.
  4. Next, the cottage cheese-banana dough is poured into the mold. The oven is heated to 180 degrees, a diet casserole without eggs is cooked in it for half an hour. Then the dish is removed, the seized top is smeared with sour cream, the form is put back into the oven for 10 minutes.
