You will need: 5 large spoons of liquid honey; poppy - 150 g; egg white; 125 ml whole milk and water.

To prepare the poppy seed filling, the hostess will spend 1.5 hours, but the result is worth it. No need to rush, but do all the processing processes carefully and correctly.

To prepare pastries with filling, do all the manipulations described below:

  1. Pour poppy seeds into boiling water and let them swell for 15 minutes. This procedure must be done a couple more times, each time draining the cooled liquid.
  2. The next, fourth time, fill the poppy seeds with hot milk and boil over low heat for one minute.
  3. Then remove the saucepan from the stove and, without draining the milk, let it cool.
  4. Strain the mass through a sieve.
  5. Place the poppy seeds in a blender and grind thoroughly. When the poppy changes color, becomes whitish, pour in the honey and mix. If honey crystallizes, melt it in a water bath.
  6. At the end of cooking, add egg white foam.
