Ingredients

Chicken breast fillet, skinless - 500 g
White cabbage - 400 g
Grated cheese - ½ cup
Croutons or croutons
Mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Greens, peppers, spices - optional

Preparation

1. Place the chicken in salted boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes until done. Remove the chicken from the water and set it aside to cool.

  • 2-3 slices of white bread;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • 30-50 ml olive oil.

  3. Add the garlic to the oil and mix the two ingredients well.

For cabbage salad with chicken you need:

  • 100 grams of chicken fillet;
  • 100 grams of white cabbage;
  • 1 orange;
  • 7 prunes;
  • 70 grams of crab sticks;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 50 grams of walnuts;
  • 60 ml yogurt without additives.

Salad with cabbage and chicken breast:

  1. Remove the shells from the nuts and dry them in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Chop the cooled kernels with a kitchen hatchet.
  2. Wash and clean the chicken fillet. Next, place it in a saucepan with cold water, send to the stove. Cook the meat for half an hour, adding your favorite spices to the water.
  3. Cool the finished fillet directly in the broth, then remove and cut into cubes.
  4. Peel the orange and remove white membranes. If the citrus contains seeds, then it is better to get rid of them. If, when cutting an orange, juice comes out, save it.
  5. Rinse the prunes and pour boiling water over them for ten minutes. After ten minutes, drain the water, remove the seeds from the dried fruits and cut into cubes.
  6. Remove crab sticks from packaging and chop into cubes.
  7. Wash the egg and boil it. Then force cool, peel and cut into pieces.
  8. Wash the cabbage and chop into strips.
  9. Next, place the salad on a plate in a cooking ring. Each layer will need to be lightly brushed with yogurt.
  10. The first layer will be chicken, then add cabbage.
  11. Prunes and oranges will be used for cabbage.

  13. Now sprinkle the salad with the orange juice that remained after cutting.
  14. Sprinkle the final layer of chopped nuts onto the salad and let it soak in the refrigerator.

Cabbage salad with chicken breast

  • 2 small tomatoes;
  • 15 ml. olive oil;
  • 10 ml. lemon juice;
  • 150 grams of cabbage;
  • 30 grams of cheese.

  11. Add olive oil, mustard, vinegar and curry to the cognac. Season with pepper and salt.
  12. Combine all components until smooth.
  13. Wash and chop the cabbage.
