  • flour - 150 gr

Cooking method:

1. Place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl and knead it with a fork.

2. Beat in the eggs, add salt to taste, a bag of vanilla sugar, for a beautiful yellow add turmeric semolina, sugar and flour.

3. Knead the dough with your hands until smooth. Cover with a plastic bag and put in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. During this time, the semolina will swell a little and absorb excess moisture.

4. Now, after the time has passed, add a little flour to the table and begin to form sausages from the dough, after which we begin to cut them diagonally into suitable pieces.

5. Put a pan of water on the fire, after the water boils, lightly add salt to it and lower the prepared preparations into it.

6. After they boil, we need to keep them in boiling water for another 2-3 minutes, after which we put them on plates and serve.

Classic recipe for lazy dumplings


Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese – 500 gr
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs
  • sugar - 150 gr
  • corn or potato starch- 1 tbsp. l
  • flour - 150 gr
  • vanillin - 1 sachet
  • salt - to taste.

Cooking method:

Using a masher, lightly knead the cottage cheese, then add eggs, salt and sugar. Mix this mass thoroughly so that all the sugar melts, then it will be easier for us to mix in the flour.

Under no circumstances should we knead the curd into a paste, as the dumplings will turn out a bit harsh.



We form long sausages from it and cut them into small pieces.


Now we lower them into boiling water, salted to taste, and after they boil, cook them for 2-3 minutes until tender.
