Beat the chilled egg whites vigorously with a pinch of salt until foamy. Then pour them into the rest of the ingredients and mix gently with a spoon so that the dough remains fluffy.

Prick a piece of lard onto a fork and grease the pan periodically if necessary. You need to bake pancakes, as always, on a hot surface until they have a beautiful golden hue. Finished goods coat with butter and stack.

Beautiful pancakes with milk and kefir

If you want to make delicious, aromatic and delicate products with holes, pay attention to this recipe. In just half an hour you can easily bake a whole stack of lace pancakes. To do this, prepare:

  • 0.5 l of kefir;
  • one and a half cups of flour;
  • 0.2 l milk;
  • a tablespoon of sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • a teaspoon of soda;
  • half the salt;
  • approximately 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Cooking process

To prepare truly delicious and fluffy pancakes, do not forget to first remove the kefir from the refrigerator. If you didn’t do this on time, warm it up slightly without bringing it to a boil.

Add salt and sugar to warm kefir, then mix thoroughly. Then add soda and prepared eggs here. Beat the mixed ingredients with a mixer or whisk.

Add flour in portions and mix well so that there are no lumps left in the mixture.

Heat the milk too on the stove to maximum temperature without boiling, then add it in a thin stream to the mixture of the remaining products. Finally, add vegetable oil to the mixture and finally stir once more.

Now all you have to do is bake fluffy pancakes with holes.
