Cooking:

  1. First you need to prepare the dough by heating the milk, adding yeast and quite a bit of flour to it so that the dough is not too thick. After the future dough must be put in heat and covered with a towel.
  2. While the dough is rising, mix eggs and sugar in a separate bowl.
  3. After half an hour, the first part of the dough will rise, then you can pour in the eggs with sugar, mix thoroughly and add the rest of the flour. The dough is ready, now you can form buns from it.

The second recipe is a little easier. It is not necessary to use yeast to make the dough soft and fluffy.

  • flour - 250-300 grams;
  • baking powder - 10-15 grams;
  • sugar - 25-30 grams;
  • milk - 0.5 l;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • sunflower oil - 50 grams;
  • 2-3 apples;
