All sweet and sour apples wash, removing dry thin tails. Next, cut off the hard peel in a thin layer. Cut each one and remove the core from the halves.

Rub the prepared fruit with quick movements on the largest cells of a dry grater.

Pour the resulting shavings into the multicooker bowl. Add a few tablespoons of fine white sugar on top. Mix everything vigorously. Leave for a couple of hours so that enough aromatic juice forms inside.

Once this happens, place the bowl in the machine. Boil to a viscous consistency, which will take approximately ten minutes, in the “Cooking” mode.

Cool the finished filling for apple pies before using. It should not be stored for a long time, so before starting the baking process, leave the apple mixture under closed lid right in the slow cooker.

Option 4: Apple filling for cinnamon pies in the oven

Cinnamon is perfect for apples. That is why we will prepare the next version of the apple filling for pies in the oven with this aromatic spice.

Ingredients:

  • four large apples;
  • 2 tsp ground aromatic cinnamon;
  • a piece of butter;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Step by step recipe

Wash large sweet and sour apples thoroughly. Then process it by removing the thin peel and cutting out the corners and core.

The next step is to wipe down the cutting board. Cut the prepared apple halves into small cubes.

Grease a non-stick pan with a small amount of butter. Place apple slices inside. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Stirring with maximum care, add the aromatic ground cinnamon. Having prepared everything, place the container on the oven rack.

Turn on the internal burner to 190 degrees. Without covering the pan with a lid, bake the apple pie filling in the oven for a quarter of an hour.

The mixture will be ready as soon as the released juice thickens enough. That's why exact time may be a little different. Cool the filling before using.

For this filling option, it is important not to overfill the cinnamon, otherwise the baked goods will end up being bitter. As for the powder, it can be replaced regular sugar. But in this case, it may take a little more time to bring the mixture to the required consistency.

Option 5: Apple and lemon filling for pies

Are your apples too sweet? Add a little to the recipe lemon juice and zest. The filling will be very tasty and fresh.

Ingredients:

  • small lemon;
  • half a kilogram of apples;
  • 105 grams of sugar;
  • vanilla to taste.

How to cook

Wash the lemon with a sponge. Cut and squeeze out the juice. Remove small bones. Remove the zest from the remaining fruits with a grater.

Now also rinse the sweet apples thoroughly. Then process them and cut them into equal small cubes.

Place a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet. Form a “boat” out of it, fixing the corners. Place the prepared sweet pieces inside.

Place the baking sheet in a hot (up to 190 degrees) cabinet. Bake the apples for about a quarter of an hour, during which the apple filling for the pies in the oven will be completely cooked.

Be sure to let the apples cool completely before using them. This way, it will be easier to put the filling into the dough pieces. In addition, after half an hour it will become completely thick, which means that in the future it will not spread over the baking sheet under the influence of high temperature.

Option 6: Apple and raisin filling for pies in the oven

We will make the last version of the filling for future baking with the addition of steamed and squeezed raisins. As for spices, we leave the choice to you.

Ingredients:

  • 75 grams of dry raisins;
  • seven large apples;
  • glass (full) of sugar;
  • oil for parchment;
  • vanilla or cinnamon to taste.

Step by step recipe

Wash and steam the raisins in a separate container with a closed lid. Leave while preparing apples.

Clean and treat at the same time fresh apples. Finely chop or grate coarsely. Pour into a dry and clean bowl.

Add simple sugar and spice to taste (vanilla or cinnamon). In addition, add strongly pressed raisins without small seeds.

Mix everything well again with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Lightly grease a pan with a non-stick surface with oil (butter).

Pour the contents of the bowl into the mold. Immediately transfer the apple pie filling to the oven.

Set the cabinet temperature to 185 degrees. Continue baking for a quarter of an hour (approximately). As soon as the apples have thickened enough, turn off the stove and wait a little until everything has cooled completely.

Since raisins are quite sweet on their own, you will need to reduce the amount of sugar in this recipe so that the filling does not turn out too sweet. As for spices, it all depends on personal taste preferences.
