Cheese cake in the oven from yeast dough, if cooked with filling, it somewhat resembles closed pie. For filling, you can use the traditional composition of ham and grated cheese or take other ingredients of your choice. After baking, the product is greased with a slice of butter on top.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 2 cups;
  • yeast - 1.5 teaspoons;
  • water – 150 ml;
  • sugar and vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • cream cheese – 150 g;
  • hard cheese and mozzarella – 100 g each;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • ham – 100 g;
  • dill, basil, salt, butter.

Preparation

  1. Mix flour with yeast, sugar and salt.
  2. Dissolved in warm water cheese, mixed with dry ingredients, knead into a soft and sticky dough.
  3. Coat the ball of flour with vegetable oil and leave it warm to rise.
  4. Divide the base into 2 parts, roll both out on a table generously dusted with flour.
  5. One of them is filled with filling, in this case ham, cheese, mozzarella, herbs and garlic.
  6. Cover the workpiece with the second part and pinch the edges.
  7. These cheese cakes with filling are baked at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Lazy cheese scones


Lazy cheesecakes can be made when you don’t want to bother with kneading and rolling out the dough. The products are made from a liquid base based on milk, which, if desired, is replaced with kefir and a little soda quenched with vinegar is added. The laconic composition can be expanded by flavoring the mass with fresh herbs.

Making cheese cakes with kefir in a frying pan for breakfast or afternoon snack is as easy as shelling pears, if you don’t believe me, you can see for yourself. I present to your attention quick recipe with a photo of cheese dough, which is kneaded very simply, special effort you don't need to attach. You can also use a filling for such flatbreads - if desired, it can even be the same hard cheese, but it will be more interesting with ham or regular cottage cheese, which can be pre-mixed with chopped aromatic fresh herbs. These flatbreads are good with coffee or a glass of milk; both children and adults will definitely like them. It would also be appropriate for first courses - borscht, soup, pickle, solyanka.



- kefir – 0.5 cups,
- wheat flour – 1 cup,
- soda – 0.3 tsp,
- sugar and salt – 0.3 tsp each,
- ham – 70 g,
- hard cheese – 80 g,
- vegetable oil - for frying.

Prepare kefir, you can use any fat content, in our version 2.5%. Pour kefir into a deep bowl, immediately add equal amounts of salt, sugar and regular baking soda. Mix the ingredients well, kefir should react with soda.




Choose hard cheese based on your taste preferences; it can be Russian or Dutch cheese. Grate the cheese on the finest grater, add the shavings to the kefir.




Now add wheat flour in parts.




First, knead the dough with a spoon, after almost the entire portion of flour has been added, knead the dough with your hands.






The finished dough can be rolled out immediately; it does not need proofing.




Divide the dough into small parts. Roll out each piece of dough with a rolling pin. Place a slice of ham in the center of the flatbread. If desired, grate the ham.




Cover the ham on all sides with dough, then roll it carefully with a rolling pin. Do the same with all the preparations, diversifying the filling if desired.




Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, place the flatbreads in it, fry on both sides for 3-5 minutes over low heat. The finished flatbreads can be served immediately; it will be delicious if you add sour cream to the flatbreads. Be sure to prepare these too
