Boil the chicken fillet in lightly salted water until cooked - about 20 minutes from the moment of boiling, cool in the broth. Then cut the meat into medium cubes and spread on the bottom round dish. Top with mayonnaise. If you wish, then boiled fillet you can replace smoked chicken, it will turn out no less tasty.

Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil along with chopped onion. At the end of frying, when the mushrooms are browned, and all excess moisture is gone from the pan, add salt and pepper to taste. Put the cooled champignons in the second layer in the salad. The layer can not be covered with mayonnaise, as fried mushrooms quite oily on their own.

The third layer is cheese, chopped on a fine grater. We distribute it evenly on top of the mushrooms, but do not press down with a spoon, let the cheese layer remain lush. We cover with a thin mayonnaise mesh.

Hard-boiled chicken eggs are divided into proteins and yolks (each component is laid out separately from each other). Grind the proteins on a fine grater and lay them out in an even layer, also cover with mayonnaise sauce on top.
