Easter cake “Egg. Easter egg-shaped cakes Cake pops

1. eggs 3 pcs.

2. sugar 250 grams

3, flour 150 grams

4. cream 200 ml

5. milk 200 ml

6. gelatin 10 grams

Preparation

Step 1

So, let's prepare a biscuit and bake it in the oven. Break the eggs into a mixer cup and add sugar. Beat everything at medium speed and then pour in the flour. Knead a thick dough, which will definitely have few lumps. Now prepare a baking sheet or mold. Let's line it baking paper and leave the edges so that they hang over the edges of the pan. Then pour out the dough and put it in the oven to bake. You can check the readiness of the dough very simply, just use a toothpick.

.

Step 2

Next we need to prepare the soufflé. To do this, we also use a mixer and immediately pour the cream into a cup and add sugar. Afterwards, whisk everything and while on the stove, dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of water.

Then pour some milk and gelatin into a bowl and whisk everything again. Then leave the cream to cool

.

Step 3

When the cake has cooled completely, this is very important, otherwise the soufflé will simply melt, put it out and butter cream. The cake should not be removed from the mold. Smooth out the cream and put the mold in the refrigerator for about an hour. Then carefully remove the cake with cream from the mold. Then cut out the egg-shaped cakes with a knife.

Now we will use canned apricots. Cut from half an apricot top part and place it on the cake, so you get the shape of an egg. Place the cakes beautifully on a plate and serve.

Many nations have a wonderful tradition of baking a lot of all kinds of baked goods for Easter. As they say, “Bread is the head of everything!” For many centuries he has been revered, glorified, and protected. Bread, and accordingly all dough products, is a symbol of prosperity, material well-being and abundance.

This is the most sacred type of food, perceived exclusively as a gift from God. The round loaf is similar to the Sun and is a symbol of worship. Therefore, on the Bright Resurrection of Christ, the tables are always literally bursting with Easter cakes, pies, babkas, buns and other delicious pastries.

For this holiday, preference is, of course, given to products made from yeast dough. And this is no coincidence, this dough is alive, it “breathes”, “grows”, finished goods they turn out lush and spongy. Such dough and all products made from it are especially indicative, as they are precisely a symbol of the resurrection and rebirth to life not only of Jesus Christ, but also of nature itself - Mother.

5. Beat 5 more eggs together with sugar until white. Separately, beat the reserved whites into a foam along with a pinch of salt.

6. Add to the risen dough egg mixture, which is with yolks. Gradually add all the flour, stirring constantly.

7. Then add the whites, they need to be mixed not with a whisk, but with a spatula, trying to do it in one direction. Also add saffron infused with water, knead until smooth.

8. Then stir in the melted butter. Knead for 10 - 15 minutes until the dough is smooth.

9. If there is special molds for buns, then place the dough in them, after greasing them with butter and sprinkling with breadcrumbs.

Or place the buns on a greased baking sheet, giving them any shape. Leave in a warm place to rise for 30 - 40 minutes. And if the room is cold, then for an hour.

When the dough has risen, brush it with yolk mixed with big amount milk.

10. Then bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes, depending on the size of the buns and the features of the oven.

The finished buns can be decorated with white or chocolate icing. Or you can simply serve them in the form in which they turned out.

Can you ask them simple form, for example a rabbit. And bake such interesting and delicious buns.

After all, as you know, the rabbit is one of the cheerful and mysterious symbols of the holiday, laying colorful eggs.

Happy Easter to you! And all the best to you!

Everyone knows that eggs are the main attribute Easter holiday. It is customary to paint them with different colors, but the central place among all the different colors of eggs belongs to the bright red color. Why? History has preserved the following tradition for us: after the resurrection of Jesus Christ, his followers and disciples dispersed different countries, proclaiming the good news everywhere - there is no longer any need to be afraid of death, Christ has conquered it. He resurrected himself and will resurrect everyone who believes in him.

Mary Magdalena went to the Roman Emperor Tiberius, holding an ordinary chicken egg in her hands, since it was not customary to appear without a gift. But when she began to talk about the fact that Jesus had risen, the emperor just laughed and said that this was impossible, just like white egg will turn into red. At that same moment, the egg in Mary’s hands turned red. In memory of this, we paint eggs. But to decorate the holiday table, you can prepare an unusual and beautiful dessert - Easter cakes in the shape of eggs.

To make Easter cakes you will need:

canned apricots

for biscuit:
chicken eggs- 3 pcs.
sugar – 150 g
flour -150 g

for soufflé:
cream (33-35%) – 200 ml
milk – 200 ml
sugar – 100 g
gelatin -10 g

How to make Easter cakes:

1. It should be immediately noted that from the amount of ingredients indicated in the recipe you will get about 15 cakes. So, first of all, soak in 150 ml boiled water(cold) gelatin and leave it to swell for at least 1 hour.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the sponge cake. To do this, first take chicken eggs and very carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Then beat the whites with a mixer until stiff. Please note that in order for the whites to beat well, they must be thoroughly cooled, and before whipping you can add a little lemon juice. Then add sugar to the whites and beat everything together until the sugar is completely dissolved and the whites form a “thick” consistency. Then, continuing to beat, add the yolks one at a time. Sift the flour into the whites and gently knead the dough.
3. Grease a convenient baking tray (baking dish) with oil or cover it with baking paper and lay out the prepared dough (even it out). Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the biscuit for 15-20 minutes (check readiness with a wooden skewer). We take it out ready-made cake and be sure to let it sit and cool.
Please note that if you are not entirely confident in your oven, then biscuit dough You can also add 2 tsp along with the flour. baking powder or 1 tsp. slaked soda.
4. Next, prepare the soufflé. So, again, beat the chilled cream with sugar. Then add milk and mix.
After this, heat the gelatin until it is completely dissolved (but do not boil). Let it cool slightly, then mix it with the creamy milk mixture. Place our soufflé in the refrigerator for about 5-15 minutes until it thickens slightly.
5. Next, carefully place the soufflé on the cooled cake layer and level it out. We put everything back in the refrigerator, but for 5-6 hours. Then, using a stencil (or by hand), we cut out egg-shaped figures.
If desired, you can cut the sponge cake horizontally and soak it with your favorite cream or soaking.
6. Cut off the top of the apricots, which will fit in size (it will play in this case the role of the “yolk”). Place all the “yolks” on the prepared “eggs”.

Preparing the dough molds

For the molds you will need empty egg shells. To do this, carefully make a hole in the egg on its blunt side and pour out its contents.

Drain two eggs into a separate container - they will go into the dough. And put one egg white in another bowl for further preparation of the glaze.

Wash empty shells thoroughly under running water. Then prepare a container of water into which you need to pour salt. Place the shells in this water while you prepare the dough.

Process of preparing cake batter

Take two eggs that were left for the dough, add to them granulated sugar and beat with a mixer.

Melt the butter, add it to the egg mixture along with sour cream and stir. Pour flour into it and add baking soda, first quenching it with vinegar.

Mix the dough well.

The process of making glaze

Take the egg white left for the glaze, add a pinch of salt and beat using a mixer until a thick and stable foam appears.

Baking cupcakes

Remove the shells from the water, rinse again and shake off the water. Then pour vegetable oil into each shell and, rotating it, distribute the oil over the entire surface inside the shell. Pour excess oil into the next shell, etc.

Place the dough into a pastry bag or a zip-top bag, making a slit in the corner.

Fill each shell one by one halfway with dough.

Then place them in a muffin tin, supporting them with strands made of foil.

pink and black confectionery gel for decoration.
parchment paper
Cooking process:
The basic steps are the same as for the “ducklings”.
1 – Place the pretzels on the parchment paper as shown in the photo.
2 – Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.
3 – Fill the inside of the pretzels with chocolate. Using a fork, form ears and cheeks.
4 – Using confectionery gel, draw eyes, ears, nose and mustache.
5 – Place in the refrigerator to cool.
Cute, isn't it?
