Transfer the crumbs into a container convenient for kneading. At this stage, you can enrich the taste of the dessert by adding crushed nuts, dried fruits, seeds, poppy seeds, etc. to taste.
  2. Heat milk in a saucepan or saucepan with a thick bottom
  3. As soon as the milk starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and put the toffee in the pan, mix the candies and milk well
  4. Wait until the toffee has completely melted and add butter to the mixture. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir butter into caramel mixture until homogeneous mass. Dessert cream is ready

First of all, let's prepare the dough. The dough for the anthill is prepared differently from the same products. Today we offer you the simplest option.

Take a bowl and pour melted butter or margarine into it, and add 6 tbsp. spoons of sugar and 6 tbsp. spoons of sour cream, and a pinch of salt. Mix this whole mass well.

Next we will add flour and baking powder. The flour must first be sifted through a sieve. Mix everything, gradually kneading the dough. We won’t knead the dough for a long time, we just collect it into one lump, it should turn out soft and even a little crumbly.

Next, for convenience, we will divide the dough into four parts. We form a ball from each part of the dough, place it on a plate and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes so that the dough hardens a little. Next we will pass it through a meat grinder or we can grate it.

Half an hour passed, the dough froze a little and became tough. Now we pass it through a meat grinder or grater. Cover the baking sheet parchment paper if there is. If you don’t have paper, you don’t have to lay anything down, the dough won’t stick.

Preheat the oven to 180 C° and bake the dough until golden brown.

The nuts need to be washed, dried and fried in a dry frying pan. Next we need to grind them. If you don't want to bother with peanuts, you can buy ready-made roasted peanuts. In principle, anthill cake is prepared without nuts, depending on your taste. There is no need to grind the nuts directly into dust. They must be felt.

Let's prepare the cream for the anthill cake

While our anthill dough is baking, prepare the cream. Place soft butter at room temperature in a bowl and beat it with a mixer or blender.

This is what the cream should look like. It is light, airy and very tasty. If you find it too thick, you can add 2-3 tbsp. spoons regular condensed milk, thereby you will dilute it. You can also add 2-3 tbsp to the cream. spoons of cognac, the taste is simply magnificent.

As soon as the dough is browned, remove it from the oven. It is baked for about 30 minutes at 180 C°. Let it cool a little and crumble it.

You can crumble the cooled dough with a rolling pin or with your hands. You shouldn’t chop too finely either, you want to get pieces like this.

And we put all this mass on a plate in the shape of a slide. Seal the cake and form an anthill.

To make the cake more like an anthill, sprinkle it with grated chocolate.

This is such a wonderful anthill. Now we put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that it is well soaked and infused.

Describe taste qualities there is no point in an anthill. You've probably already tried it. If not, then try baking it and please yourself and your loved ones.
