  11. Place the baking sheet in a warm oven. Bake the pieces until golden brown at 180 degrees.

Take your time to serve the dish right away. Cover it with a towel first and let sit for 10 minutes.

How to fry in a pan?

For the test:

  • sifted flour - 4 cups (about 800 g);
  • kefir or yogurt - 500 ml;
  • raw egg - 1 unit;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • refined sugar (regular, white) - 20 grams;
  • soda - 1 tsp.

  • boiled eggs - 6 units;
  • onion feathers - 1 bunch;
  • a pinch of salt and pepper.
