Ham and Cheddar Cheese

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • half teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp mustard powder or Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese, more for topping muffins
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped cooked ham or cold cuts

Cooking

START WITH THIS BASIC RECIPE TO MAKE ANY KIND OF EGG MUFFINS FOR BREAKFAST:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C.
  2. Place 12 silicone muffin cups in a muffin pan, or spray the sides of metal muffin pans with non-stick. Set aside.
  3. Break the eggs into a large bowl or into a mixer, beat them with salt and black pepper.
