  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 tablespoon sugar + sugar for sprinkling the pancake,
  • a pinch of salt,

Beat eggs with sugar (I made the dough in a food processor). Add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything again, very, very well.

Grease a baking tray with oil and pour the dough into it.

Personally, I made a note for myself that next time I would try baking this pancake on a silicone oven mat or on oiled paper. Because in some places it didn’t come off very well from a simply greased baking sheet.

Place the baking sheet with the dough in the preheated oven and bake the pancake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. May bubble during baking.

Grease the finished pancake with butter and sprinkle with a little sugar. Cut the pancake out of the oven into portioned pieces and serve hot to the table. Pancakes cooked in the oven, like regular ones, can be eaten with sour cream, apricot jam. honey, maple syrup, any jam, etc.

Making pancakes in the oven takes a little longer than just frying, but the time spent is completely worth it. Ready baked goods it turns out unusually soft, juicy and aromatic, and the dough, richly soaked in filling, acquires a rich and multifaceted taste.

    • milk (water, broth) – 150 ml

    Recipe pancakes with meat in the oven:

    To begin with, from a standard set of products for preparing pancakes, you need to prepare pancake dough. Traditionally, before cooking, all products are removed from the refrigerator ahead of time so that the eggs and milk are not too cold, and the flour is sifted through a sieve. The egg-milk mixture at room temperature will combine perfectly with the gluten of the flour, and our pancakes will not tear when baking. So, break the eggs and mix into a more or less homogeneous mixture.

    Pour in milk, add salt and sugar to it. Since our pancakes will not be sweet, sugar is needed here only to balance the taste of the dough.

    Add the sifted flour into the milk mixture in small portions, stirring. The ideal consistency of pancake batter is “ thick sour cream", without lumps. We are not in a hurry to bake pancakes; now we need to let the pancake dough “rest” for at least half an hour.

    Don’t forget to add vegetable oil to the dough and then when baking pancakes you won’t have to add it to the pancake maker or pan.

    We will devote our free time to preparing the filling from minced meat and fried vegetables.

    Chop the onions (if possible, take two large onions) and fry until softened, amber-golden in color and have a sweetish taste.

    Add carrots to the onions, fry them together for another 3-4 minutes, stirring.

    While the onions and carrots are cooling in the pan, the pancake dough is ready: you need to bake pancakes of small diameter (20-24 cm) from it.

    Season the minced pork and beef with spices and herbs.

    Mix with already cooled carrots and fried onions. By the way, it is not necessary to use onions and carrots; you can add any vegetables or herbs to the filling - pre-fried Bell pepper, zucchini, spinach, etc. Mix the minced meat, now you can wrap it in pancakes.

    Place 1-1.5 tbsp on the edge of the pancake. spoons of minced meat.

    Fold the edge and both sides of the pancake over the filling, and then roll the pancake with meat into a roll.

    Distribute all the meat filling among the pancakes.

    Place the filled pancakes with meat on a deep baking sheet or in a mold, pour in a sour cream filling made from milk and sour cream.

    Bake for 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees.

    Most days I make pancakes for the weekend or sometimes for dinner. I make them with all kinds of fillings And different forms. Sometimes you just want openwork pancakes, to which is attached homemade marmalade. And sometimes the soul and stomach require something special. Pancake batter ingredients

    • 1 egg and 1 white;
    • 1 glass of milk;
    • 1 glass of water;
    • 2 tsp. Sahara;
    • 3 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
    • 1.5 cups flour; a pinch of salt.

    For the filling for cottage cheese pancakes we will need:
    300 g fat cottage cheese;
    3 tsp. Sahara;
    1 yolk;
    1 tsp. natural vanilla sugar.

    How to cook pancakes with cottage cheese in the oven

    First, prepare the cottage cheese filling for the pancakes. In a convenient bowl, use an immersion blender to beat the cottage cheese with the yolk and sugar until the grains disappear completely. The mass should be thick, so it will be well distributed over the pancake, but will not leak out during baking. If the mass turns out to be very dense, then a spoonful of sour cream or greek yogurt will fix everything. You can take low-fat cottage cheese, but the main thing is that it is not sour. The filling for cottage cheese pancakes is ready!

    Let's start preparing the pancake dough. I’ll say right away that I don’t sift the flour, but you can if you want. Mix all the ingredients with a whisk (I have the attachment on a blender). It doesn’t matter in what order you do this. It is important that there are no lumps. Therefore, it is better to pour water at the very end. Fry pancakes as usual. I fry in one frying pan, but you can fry the pancake in one frying pan and flip it over to another. If you are afraid that the pancake will stick to the pan, then grease it lightly with butter, just a little bit.

    Spoon onto cooled pancakes curd mass and spread it carefully so as not to tear the pancake. The curd filling should completely cover the pancake. I spread it with a knife, but with the blunt side. It’s even more convenient than using a spoon.
    Photo3
    Roll the resulting pancake into a roll and place it in a pan lined with parchment paper. When all the pancakes are turned into rolls, place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. I get 14 pancakes in a frying pan with a diameter of 21 cm. But this is approximately because 1-2 can be eaten by my daughter or husband!

    Pancakes with cottage cheese cooked in the oven can be served with any jam, sour cream, chocolate or caramel topping. You can also cut them into pieces diagonally and decorate the dish with strawberries or raspberries.

    Please note that the cottage cheese for the filling must be non-acidic, and the filling must be thick. Do not overcook the cottage cheese pancakes in the oven, otherwise the filling will end up in a piece of cardboard. You can cover the pan with foil or paper.

    Pancakes in the oven, the most popular video instructions

    In many European countries, oven-baked pancakes are more popular than traditional fried pancakes. The author spent a lot of time and made a selection of the most relevant ways to prepare this simple but very tasty dish. You can try each of the options and determine the most successful and tasty for yourself.

    Wide Maslenitsa is underway and, of course, everyone is eating pancakes. Some are purchased, and some are homemade. I never bought pancakes, I always ate only homemade ones, prepared by me according to the best pancake recipe. or anyone else. But this year something bad happened and I have nothing to bake pancakes on, I don’t have a stove. But there is an oven, and in connection with this, my search began for a recipe for cooking pancakes in the oven.

    To cook pancakes in the oven we will need:

    • 2 eggs,
    • 1 tablespoon sugar + sugar for sprinkling the pancake,
    • a pinch of salt,
    • 600 ml of milk (since I had whey left over when I prepared the cottage cheese, I replaced part of the milk, namely 200 ml), with it),
    • 250 grams of flour,
    • 1 tablespoon soft butter + oil for greasing the pancake and baking sheet.

    Recipe for making pancakes in the oven.

    Set the oven to preheat to 220 degrees.

Cut the pancake out of the oven into portions and serve hot to the table. Pancakes cooked in the oven, like regular ones, can be eaten with sour cream and apricot jam. honey, maple syrup, any jam, etc.

    Baked pancakes with curd and meat fillings

    - Are there pancakes in the oven? - you ask and wave it off: - What kind of nonsense? Pancakes need to be fried in a frying pan!

    And you will be wrong! Because, of course, you need to fry them in a frying pan, but bake them only later, when you stuff them with meat or cottage cheese - in the oven!

    Pancakes in the oven acquire a golden crispy fried crust and, of course, warm up! Therefore, you can prepare a lot of pancakes for future use and store them in the refrigerator, and even in the freezer, for up to two months. And you won’t have to worry about the hassle of having breakfast and snacks for work.

    And when needed, put the stuffed pancakes in the oven for 15-20 minutes - and breakfast/dinner/snack is ready!

    By the way, pancakes with meat - great addition to soup, borscht or any stew, such as Greek bean soup (recipe on this page).

    So, we prepare pancakes baked in the oven, as well as a lot of semi-finished pancakes for future use - with salty (meat) and sweet (curd) filling.

    To cook pancakes in the oven you need:

    • 5 small chicken eggs;
    • 3 cups white flour;
    • 1/2 tablespoon salt;
    • 1 tablespoon sugar;
    • 1 liter of low-fat milk;
    • 1 glass of water;
    • 5-6 tablespoons of sunflower oil.
    • meat of one small boiled chicken;
    • 1 large onion;
    • To taste – salt and ground black pepper.

    For the curd filling

    • 600 g low-fat cottage cheese;
    • 4 tablespoons sugar;
    • 4 tablespoons sour cream (or 1 egg).

    In addition, you will need sunflower oil for frying.

    Break the eggs into a large bowl, add sugar, 5-6 tablespoons of vegetable oil and salt.

    Stir the ingredients with a whisk or a simple fork until the sugar dissolves.

    Gradually - about half a cup at a time - add flour, water and milk alternately to the bowl, while vigorously mixing the dough.

    You can do this with a mixer, or manually with a spoon.

    Stir until the dough becomes homogeneous. The consistency should resemble very thin sour cream.

    The thickness of the dough determines how much thin pancakes we can do it. Do you want more thin pancakes– make the dough thinner.

    Leave the dough ready to work to “rest” for 10-15 minutes.

    Heat the frying pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes and grease it vegetable oil using a pastry brush.

    Pour the dough into the frying pan with a ladle (about 4-5 tablespoons at a time), tilt the frying pan from one side to the other, allowing the dough to spread throughout the frying pan.

    Fry the pancakes on both sides, and place the finished pancakes on a plate in a heap so that they do not dry out.

    Before frying each pancake, grease the pan with oil using a pastry brush.

    Prepare the curd filling: mix cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream or egg in a bowl.

    Place the curd filling into half of the pancakes and roll them into an envelope or tube.

    Prepare the meat filling: remove the meat from the boiled chicken, chop it finely, add finely chopped and fried onions (or chopped green onions), salt and pepper, mix.

    We stuff half of our pancakes with meat filling, wrapping them in an envelope.

    Place the finished pancakes in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to two months.
    Heat the pancakes in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 160°C, grease a baking sheet with oil and place the pancakes in one layer. We also grease the top of the pancakes with oil.
    We serve pancakes with cottage cheese - with sour cream, and with meat filling - with ketchup or tomato sauce.
    Bon appetit!

    You can also use more complex pancake fillings:
    1. mixture boiled rice with chopped hard-boiled eggs And green onions;
    2. fried mixture onions, carrots and mushrooms;
    3. stewed cabbage with tomato, mushrooms and chopped boiled eggs.

Pancakes are baked on a baking sheet, in the form of one big pancake, which is subsequently cut into pieces - pancakes.

    The taste of pancakes cooked in the oven differs from traditional pancakes that are fried in a frying pan, but they are also very tasty. They turn out plump, tender and neutral in taste, which allows the use of sweet or unsweetened fillings. Try them, I hope you like them too!

    To prepare pancakes in the oven, I prepare the ingredients according to the list. All ingredients should be at room temperature.

    I will use a blender to mix the dough ingredients, but you can use a hand whisk or mixer.

    I beat the eggs well.

    I add sugar and salt, add a small portion of milk from the total amount, and mix again.

    Add softened butter and stir in flour in parts until the dough is smooth.

    Since the blender capacity was too small, I poured the contents into a larger bowl. Add the remaining milk and mix again.

    I cover a baking tray measuring 36x23 cm baking paper, I form the sides so that the dough does not spill out. I pour the dough onto a baking sheet and place it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

    Bake the pancake for about 20-30 minutes, until browned (depend on your oven). During the baking process the pancake will bubble, but then settle.

    Let the finished pancake cool slightly and cut into pieces of any size. Alternatively, the finished pancake can be rolled and cut into portioned pieces - pancakes. I cut it into 4 parts, trimmed the edges and rolled each pancake into a roll.

    In the oven, pancakes turn out soft and tasty. After cooking, serve the pancakes immediately on the table, sprinkle with powdered sugar or pour over jam.

    A table with pancakes must be served with a large number of napkins; there should be enough for everyone;

    If you get dry and brittle pancakes, the dough should be flavored with a small amount of milk and butter;
