Ingredients: water – 2.5 l, ½ cup lentils, 4-5 medium-sized potatoes, 3 large tomatoes– fresh or in its own juice (you can replace 2 tablespoons of tomato paste), a couple of medium carrots and celery stalks, greens – fresh or dried, salt, pepper, a large pinch of spices: cumin, ginger, turmeric, 100- 150g pitted olives.

Cooking method

Pour water over peeled potatoes and cook until soft. Crush directly in the pan with a masher or immersion blender.
